Kentucky Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Dreieich

KFC Dreieich - WORST experience ever!!! Ordered a milkshake - only to be told rudely at the counter that the machine doesnt work and that I may have a cookie instead - vast price difference but then told I could not get a refund.

Ordered a 3 piece box of chicken - only to be told at the counter ( again rudely) thaylt they only have 1 piece of chicken .. this at dinner time and I could have wings instead. If I wanted chicken I would have to wait for 15 minutes - this at a fast food resturant.

And then suddenly I was allowed to miraculously get a refund.

Also - noticed another customer ordered the bacon cheese fries and I could visually see that the bacon was NOT cooked 😫

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a KFC and will never return to this branch 😫😫😫 if I could give negative...

The chef manager is so rude.

I ordered the chili pommes and unfortunately it was out of stock. There was only hand writing notice on the table not on the kiosk where the customers can miss it. And I missed the notice. The manager offered the other side menu but I didn’t want any other menu than the chilli pommes so I asked the refund of the additional charge. And the manager was angry at me and shouted me that I should read the poor quality notice for the next time and kept complaining about my choice. I was the only customer there so he could have informed me before I order not just shouting. My family regularly go here but as the manager disappointed me so much with his poor reaction, I don’t want to go here any more. Usual story here, long queues and just one person serving. Others dedicated to chatting behind the counter or dealing with lieferando orders - the drivers of which refuse to acknowledge minimum distance requirements nor the entry/exit pathway. The zinger burger was average to start, but when I opened it up (as I do with all fast food) it had black marks on the bread that didn't look good - not sure how the person making this food didn't notice. Or he did notice and didn't care - either option pathetic though. Of I was home already and another trip to KFC was not on my agenda....
