I recently had the pleasure of dining at RiSTORANTE al dente DA PiNO and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and promptly seated by the incredibly friendly staff. What also impressed me was their accommodating approach towards our furry friend. Our dog was allowed to join us at the outdoor table and was even provided with a bowl of water.

Throughout our time at the restaurant, the attentive staff consistently checked in on us, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The service was top-notch and exceeded my expectations. Their genuine friendliness and professionalism set a new standard for excellent service that surpasses the majority of restaurants I have visited.

I went here tonight expecting the usual "al dente", but it appears to have a new owner. The food is still very good, and also the wine. But, the avocado on salad was clearly cut hours before serving and hence brown when served. The same crayfish salad now contains hardly any crayfish (used to always be our favorite at this place). Only 3 stars from me as the prices are simply too high, and uncompetitive against other similar restaurants in area. For the amount I paid tonight I don't expect to leave hungry. Waren von den positiven Bewertungen angetan. Bei unserem Besuch heute Abend mußten wir feststellen das Stammgäste ganz anders bedient werden als Gäste die zum ersten Mal kommen. Das Lokal ist sehr klein und eng bestuhlt. Wintergarten ist zur Vergrößerung angebaut und fest integriert. Gasheizungen mit offener Flamme gehen in diesem Wintergarten gar nicht um kurzfristig den Raum zu Heizen, die sind in geschlossenen Räumen verboten. Zum Essen ::wenn ich mir für 24,50 Euro einen Fischgrillteller bestelle geht es gar nicht das davon 2 Filetstücke voll mit Gräten sind. Geschmacklich fehlt etwas Gewürz, subjektive Meinung von mir, bei Stammgästen wird wie in anderen italienischen Lokalen der Gast gefragt ob man Ihm nachpfeffern soll, bei uns nicht. Der Salat war gut. Sonst war an allem sehr viel Öl. Gegrillte Lachs in der Hugenottenhalle ist besser gewürzt und auch Geschmacklich besser als im al Dente. Aufgrund des Lärmpegels des beengten sitzend und dem Sauerstoffmangel beim Essen werden wir wohl nicht mehr dort Dinieren. 2 Stunden fürs Essen mit einer Vorspeise waren uns zu lang. Bei den Stammgästen welche nach uns kamen und auch eine Vorspeise hatten ging das ganze schneller vonstatten. Leider ist das alles heute Abend so abgelaufen.
