Very bad service. Most impolite staff , I have ever come across.. very very bad experience. This is what happened: There is a lady waiter who came to take the order. We gave order with certain item not to be used(due to allergy). After waiting for some time, she finally brought the dishes in which we noticed that ingredients were not excluded. We asked the lady about it. She became very impolite and started abusing us and told that if we have such problems we should cook at home and not go to restaurants. Surprisingly she was forcing us to pay the bill for The complete order though we didn’t even eat a piece( she didn’t accept her mistake).

Finally we thought of explaining this to the owner. First she said, she is herself owner. Then she took us to another young man, who was not at all listening to us and was just waiting for us to leave the restaurant without even acknowledging the mistake, impoliteness and need for correcting. It was the worst personal place visited since long time, from the first mints we inter it was noisy because the personal talked very loudly to someone that he was eating more even it is open and you pay min 35 Euro if you have 2 drinks. After short time the same personal came to us and said that we eat fish indeed we do not eat meat therefore we eat just fish they came to us with impolite behaviour and start to say very loudly to say that we have to stop eating to let the whole Gasts to hear that as it was their way to control all people what they eat in impolite way. We are Doctors and have high education therefore we didn’t won’t to talk to personal we asked the chef to find that this behaviour was planed for the chef to control the people as we are not the only Gasts we faced this impolite behaviour.
