Die Burgerschmiede Foodtruck — Restaurant in Essen

My wife and I are just in town for a few hours and decided to try this spot out. We are so happy that we did. Solomon and his team are awesome. It started to rain really hard while we were waiting for our food and he told us to come inside (storage area) just to stay dry and enjoy our dinner. It was above and beyond service. Not only that. The smash burgers were outstanding. Absolutely delicious and top notch quality. The fries were fresh and tasty also.

On my way out, Solomon gave me an espresso before traveling out in the rain again. Very thoughtful and genuinely nice people here.

Amazing smash burgers, I have probably had hundreds of burgers all over the world, but never had a smash burger like this one. They take smash to the extreme, as the patty was really thin and crispy on one side but still juicy. The bread was a good match for this burger and the fries were also among the best I've had.

The guys working the truck are really friendly and they look like they enjoy themselves cooking these burgers, and it reflects in the food they make. Will surely come back whenever I am...

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr, sehr gut! Der Cheeseburger, die Spezialfritten und die Zwiebelringe mit Sour Cream schmecken hervorragend und sind angemessen bepreist. Die vegane Auswahl sowie sämtliche anderen Burger sind Bekannten zufolge ebenfalls sehr gut. Beim Cheeseburger gibt es zwar andere Kandidaten, denen ich nicht unrecht tun will, aber es könnte sich durchaus um den besten Burger der Stadt handeln. Bei den Spezialfritten bin ich überzeugt, dass es die besten sind.

Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind außerdem wirklich sehr freundlich, wir haben zwar schon mehrmals bestellt, kommen zukünftig aber garantiert auch öfter persönlich vorbei.

"Trotz" des Fotodrucks kann man Bar und mit Karte zahlen und es gibt ausreichend, auch viele überdachte, Sitzplätze. Ob es zu bestimmten Zeiten sehr voll ist kann ich nicht sagen, wir waren nur Frühabends dort und es war angenehm viel/wenig los, man wartet auch nicht zu lange auf das Essen.

Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken ist genau angemessen, es gibt für jeden was und die wichtigsten Dinge werden angeboten. Für mich kann es...
