SUSHIMAMA Gallus — Restaurant in Frankfurt

Your food is incredibly bad, some parts of sashimi I couldn’t eat, as they didn’t smell good already, sashimi pieces are small, awful quality and absolutely don’t worth the price you are charging. Nigiri are also having soooo thin fish pieces that you cannot get even in food court in any shopping mall. You are clearly overrated and I will share this reviews everywhere, as food that you are offering for this price is Absolutely Unacceptable! This was the worst experience of ordering sushi in Frankfurt so far for 2 years and especially considering the price of 64 EUR for 2 rolls, 1 rice, 2 portions of Nigiri and one sashimi for 18.90 EUR out of which I couldn’t eat even a half. My absolute favorite Sushi place in the neighborhood! Not only are the prices very fair, but the sushi is always fresh and delicious! They really put a lot of effort into making good quality food here. The delivery is always really fast, even on busy weekends. The delivery guys and the personnel on the phone are always very polite and friendly!

My personal favorites are the Philly Futo Rolls, Salmon California and Lachs Nigiri. I've had the Flambed Salmon Bowl once too and that's very good as well. Also (super important, as I have celiac!) many many truly gluten free options! That means they don't add anything weird to the rice, so it is really gluten free. Definitely...

It was ok on many occasions before (I would rate it as 3/5 till 4/5), but my experience today was pretty bad. The fish was not sufficiently fresh and I had to throw some sushi away (usually I never throw food away unless it's really bad and I feel uncomfortable eating it). Rice also felt like it stayed at least one night in the fridge. Basically the quality of rice and fish was below what you get in a sushi from a supermarket, which is unacceptable of course for a Sushi restaurant. So look, I do realize that this is mid range and not an upscale restaurant, but still for the given price I do believe there are better options...
