had the pleasure of dining at Pizzeria Etna in Geilenkirchen yesterday, and I must say it was an experience to remember. From the moment I stepped in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a delightful evening.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the mouthwatering steak I savored. It was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, and grilled just the way I like it. The culinary expertise demonstrated by the talented chefs at Pizzeria Etna was truly commendable.

To accompany my steak, I indulged in a glass of their excellent red wine. It complemented the flavors of the dish impeccably, and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality and selection offered. The owners, Salvatore and Rosa, were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the evening, ensuring that every aspect of my dining experience was enjoyable.

I greatly appreciated the genuine hospitality extended to me by Salvatore and Rosa. Their warm demeanor and genuine care for their customers made me feel right at home. It's evident that they take pride in their restaurant and are dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience.

The ambiance of Pizzeria Etna was also worth noting. The tasteful decor and cozy seating arrangements created a pleasant and inviting environment. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable evening, allowing me to unwind and savor every moment.

After such an extraordinary visit, I can confidently say that I will be returning to Pizzeria Etna in the future. I am already looking forward to another wonderful evening, filled with delicious food, great company, and the warm hospitality that Salvatore and Rosa consistently deliver.

Nachdem wir von dem kleinen Restaurant sehr überzeugt waren, das Essen war immer sehr gut, waren wir nun wieder hier zu Besuch. Leider hat sich alles zum Schlechten verändert. Vorspeise: Normalerweise gab es immer eine Art Pizzabrötchen, die jeder ißt. Geändert in halbe süße Hefeteig-Brötchen mit klein geschnittenen Tomaten darauf, die Brötchen vorab in Öl getränkt. Nicht essbar, furchtbar.

Pizza: Der Teig am Rand nicht mehr fluffig, nur noch hart. Die mitte der Pizza matschig, nicht mehr zu genießen. Geschmacklich eine Katastrophe.

Lasagne: wurde hier mit günstigem Press-Schinken hergestellt, nicht mit Hackfleisch, welches in eine Lasagne gehört. Auch eine Katastrophe.

Bedienung: Auch die Freundlichkeit ist verflogen. Nur noch mürrische Bedienung, keine Frage, ob es geschmeckt hat, wobei alle den Teller fast voll zurückgehen ließen.

Für uns war es das letzte Mal bei Etna. So schnell kann es bergab gehen, wenn man als Besitzer keine Lust mehr hat. Zum Glück waren wir mit der Lebensmittelüberwachung dort...

Gutes kleines italienisches Restaurant in etwas versteckter Lage von Geilenkirchen...aber wenn man es einmal für sich entdeckt hat ist es immer mal wieder einen Besuch wert ... das Ambiente ist passend mit ital. Flair...relativ einfach gestaltet...aber liebevoll und in sich stimmig...die Küche bietet das klassische Angebot von Pizza über Pasta bis hin zu einer wechselnden Tageskarte...da wird jeder fündig...die hier gezeigten Tagliatelle mit Steinpilzen in Sahnesosse haben mich nicht so ganz begeistert ... waren die Pilze etwas weich und wässrig...ggf. aufgetaut? ... hätte es besser gefunden wenn diese knackig angebraten worden wären...auch wars relativ zurückhaltend abgeschmeckt...klar konnte man am Tisch nachwürzen...bin aber der Meinung das eine gewisse Grundwürze vorhanden sein sollten...ansonsten gibt es dort immer wieder schmackhafte Gerichte...und zum Glück ein original italienisches Bier (wenn auch aus der Flasche) Namens Birra Moretti...wie es sich für solch eine...
