This unassuming hole in the wall Asian Fusion restaurant was absolutely fantastic. The drinks were quite flavorful and delicious with a nice mango punch and Thai basil flavor respectively. The gyoza were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside while being very cutesy and demure. The fried noodles were so so so flavorful and delicious and the fried chicken was incredibly tender, well seasoned, and crispy outside. The spicy mango curry was very nice and actually light, though it was not very spicy at all. The chicken was the same as the noodle dish so nothing new here, but the portion sizes of the main dishes were very large and the meal was quite filling. For 50 euros i don't feel it was too expensive overall, but the drinks were a bit of a luxury at 7 euro each.

Overall we were exceedingly satisfied with the quality, presentation, and taste of this meal. We loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, it was quite cozy and fun. The music was pretty nice and we could hear people in the back singing which was so cute and heartwarming.

If i could give more than 5 stars i would without a doubt. You would be doing yourself a disservice by overlooking this place. ...

Wir hatten online nach einem Sushi-Restaurant in oder in der Nähe von Gelsenkirchen gesucht und recherchiert. Die am besten bewertete Manufaktur wurde es letztendlich. Wir hatten bereits einen langen Tag auf den Beinen hinter uns, was die Anreise erschwerte. Die Parkplatz-Situation ist unbefriedigend - jedoch auf Grund der Lage wahrscheinlich nicht änderbar. Da wir unbedingt Sushi essen wollten blieben wir hartnäckig und fanden dank Google Maps einen Parkplatz mit 5-10 minütigen Gehweg. Angekommen würden wir herzlich begrüßt und bekamen glücklicherweise einen Platz für vier Personen (Samstagabend, 19:30 Uhr)-das hätte auch anders sein können, daher würde ich auf jeden Fall vorher anrufen und nachfragen oder sogar reservieren. Der Service war super. Unkompliziert, einfach, schnell. Die Speisekarte riesig - was sich jedoch keineswegs negativ o.a. auf die Qualität oder Zubereitung des Essens auswirkte. Alle gewählten Speisen und Getränke waren sehr sehr gut👍 Die Preise ordne ich einem guten Preis - Leistungsverhältnis zu. Schade, dass wir eine vergleichsweise weite Anfahrt haben, dass wir nicht öfter in den Genuss kommen können.
