Wir haben den Geburtstag meines Mannes bei euch gefeiert – ein ganz besonderer Tag, der durch euer außergewöhnliches Engagement zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis wurde. Mein Neffe hat schwere, lebensbedrohliche Lebensmittelallergien. Ein Restaurantbesuch ist für ihn normalerweise undenkbar – zu gefährlich, zu unsicher. Doch ihr habt das Unmögliche möglich gemacht!

Ihr habt nicht nur das gesamte Menü so angepasst, dass alle davon essen konnten – inklusive meinem Neffen – und dabei alles so sorgfältig geplant, dass für ihn keinerlei Gefahr bestand.

Ihr habt den Geburtstag meines Mannes zu einem rundum gelungenen Fest gemacht – aber ihr habt auch meinem Neffen ein unvergessliches Erlebnis geschenkt: Sicherheit, Freude, Normalität. Das ist alles andere als selbstverständlich – und dafür möchten wir euch von Herzen danken.
