I usually enjoy dining at your restaurants and often choose the vegetarian burger, which has always been a satisfying and tasty option for me. However, during my recent visit, I was quite disappointed with the portion size and overall quality of my order.

The vegetarian patty was extremely thin — so much so that I could barely taste it. Unfortunately, the dominant flavor was just the bread. Aside from the bun, the burger only included a single slice of cucumber, one slice of tomato, and a large amount of lettuce. It felt more like a salad sandwich than a proper vegetarian burger.

I truly appreciate the availability of vegetarian options on your menu, and I hope this feedback helps improve consistency...

I have ordered and eaten at a lot of Burger King outlets but none until this one has left an impression of great customer service for me. We ordered a lot of things and had two young children with us. After a long drive and busy kids, we were distracted and didn’t check the order to validate if all was there or missing but the kind store manager added two more items while we were filling our drinks and apologized several times for the miss even though we had not noticed at all. Typical Burger King experience, but with slow and sloppy service. It's convenient if you want a meal while charging your EV nearby, except that it's a nightmare to get into Burger King as a pedestrian from the charging facilities. They really have not considered pedestrians around here at all, especially if you're coming with small children.
