McDonald's — Restaurant in Germering

I used to like this McDonald's. They remodeled recently and now it is unclear where to enter the building, they do not let you order from a human (kiosk and app orders only) and it was much less kid friendly than before. I don't know what they were thinking but they really made a mistake with this remodel.

The food was acceptable, but also not prepared or packed very well. One cheeseburger was smashed and both filet-o-fish sandwiches were aligned as poorly as possible within their box.

The order was prepared with acceptable speed, so that was one good point. The staff seemed to be performing their duties well, and the restaurant was clean.

TLDR: This used to be good place to dine but remodeling have ruined it completely.

The remodeling of this restaurant has turned it into an unwelcoming and uncomfortable space.

The heating system no longer works effectively, making the place cold, with seats that feel like concrete blocks.

The layout changes are poorly thought out—women's toilets now open directly into the seating area, creating awkwardness, while huge garbage bins dominate the view of diners. Standing supports near counters have been removed, forcing customers to stand uncomfortably or sit while waiting for orders.

The once-family-friendly atmosphere is gone, with the kids' play zone replaced by a single unusable toy.

Overall, the redesign feels like a downgrade, making the restaurant less inviting and likely to hurt...

Went to drive-in and saw that i got multiple missing items or wrong items in my order when i was already at home. E.g. I switched the french fries with a side-salad and got the dressing and a spoon, but the salad was nowhere. The happy meal had the wrong toy (not the one my son wanted) and also the wrong drink. How hard can that be? I can understand a waitress in a cafe or restaurant if they need to remember the complete order. However, at McDonald's they enter the order in a terminal and see the list of items.
