McDonald's Restaurant — Restaurant in Geseke

We stopped for a quick bite to take on the road, as we didn’t have enough time. I ordered a chicken mango wrap, and two matcha lattes. We got our order and left almost immediately to the car, as it was quite stressful and full in the store.

On the highway, we unpacked our food only for me to realize my wrap was missing the most crucial ingredient: the chicken. I’ve ordered the wrap before and I just can’t understand how you can pack the wrap without the big piece of chicken in the middle. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to turn around anymore. Hence this review. I don’t like to complain and am very understanding for these types of stressful environments, as I’ve worked in something like this before. However, I am very disappointed with the type of service that was delivered at this store and for there to be a lack of some kind of quality check. I involuntarily had to eat a wrap missing the most expensive component. The whole thing cost 5€ for lettuce, cucumber, some sauce and a wrap.

I will never leave a McDonalds again without unpacking my entire...

After a 9 hour drive, we decided to eat in mcdonalds as we really wanted to try menu from Germany. Little did we know it will be the worst experience with McDonald's in our life probably. All of the foods came cold, our drinks were missing around 100ml each, chicken wings were unable to eat, chicken wrap disqusting, cold and it looked like someone dropped it on the floor and put it back together. Mcrib sandwich was pure bbq sauce so was really hard to even taste the meat, grand bbq burger was from morning probably ? Before you gonna question why we did not complain in the restaurant? We do not speak german.. when we asked for a ketchup for fries which had no salt on it, the manager gave 1 ketchup. Does it come from his payslip ? The only good thing was free toilet. There was no way that I could go there and have at least 1 order issued to me, as people always leave something out, confused. This is most likely due to the many customers. It is best not to go in the afternoon and in the evening, because it is a complete madhouse, the queue for orders reaches the door and continues outside. In addition to the working cash register, there are also 4 vending machines for orders, but they are not enough for so many customers...
