McDonald's — Restaurant in Hörsel

Probably the worst McDonalds experience I have had anywhere around the world. Many many items on the menu sold out, waste everywhere, floor as sticky as a wet candyfloss and staff that would rather spend time talking amongst themselves instead of serving the guests. We asked if we could get an iced chai latte (just adding ice cubes to an ordinary chai latte), but they could simply not grasp this simple request without wanting g to add coffee as well (we did not want coffee as it was for a kid). I think in the Sommer that this restaurant would be great but in winter when its snowing outside and the restaurant has the air conditioning on, at high, is not so a great experience. Even the workers were wearing jackets, so if I have to sit and eat in a good restaurant and wear a winter jacket then this would be your place to go.
