Raj | Nordindisch genießen — Restaurant in Hanover

I have tried all the restaunrant in Hannover for quite a long time and this is the WORST restaurant of all. I DO NOT recommend to waste your money here due to the following reasons: They have provided me chicken (nonveg) twice instead of what I ordered, that is, Paneer (veg). Now I do not eat non vegetable by my choice except egg. I condone their mistake once because mistake may happen to anybody. But, when you are doing the same mistake everyday, it shows that you are just careless or not respectful to the customer. I had to cook again after returning home on holiday from 11 pm as I don't eat what they provided. Pretty disgusting. The owner (Mr. Raj) is smart guy, talk well, but he should actually be more careful that what is going on in his kitchen instead just being smart in talking. The guy at the reception is the most careless. He does not greet you well, does not listen to you or pay attention to what you say properly and runs the same mistake again and again. Food taste is not extraordinary. Price to taste ratio is moderate, location is a bit remote.

I am particularly disappointed due to such repeated mistakes and its a serious offense. You cannot just be so careless to give a nonveg item to a vegeterian just like that again and again. I do request to the owner, if you cannot maintain the 'BASIC STANDARD' then please...

Auf die Empfehlung eines guten Freundes besuchten wir das Raj. Das Restaurant strahlt durch viele kleine Details einen Charme aus, welche dann zu einem großen Puzzle zusammengefügt und das Erlebnis im Raj einmalig machen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist stilvoll, wertig und schön aufeinander abgestimmt. Es sind viele typische (teilweise auch kleine) indische Merkmale platziert, toll! Man wird sehr freundlich vom Personal zum Tisch begleitet, die Getränke sind flott in der Runde verteilt und es gibt einen klasse Appetizer. Die Auswahl in der Karte ist hervorragend, von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert ist alles in abwechslungsreicher Auswahl vorhanden. In der Karte fallen zwei Details auf: Zum einen begrüßt der Chef den Gast durch ein Grußwort in der Karte und zum Anderen werden die Wirkungen der verwendeten Gewürze penibelst aufgelistet und kurz erklärt. Dies sind zwei kleine Details, die beispeilsweise in vielen anderen Restaurants leider stiefmütterlich behandelt werden. Allgemein kann man sagen, dass die Bedienung sehr individuell auf den Gast eingeht, Fragen werden kompetent beantwortet, der Umgang mit Kindern ist klasse und falls das Glas leer ist, wird nach weiteren Wünschen gefragt, so soll es sein! Die Wartezeit ist gut und das Essen ist umwerfend! Die Zutaten sind bestens untereinander abgestimmt und harmonieren erstklassig. Beim Geschmack wird sehr darauf geachtet authentisch zu wirken, es schmeckt sehr frisch und der Gaumen wird durch teilweise langanhaltenden Geschmack der verschiedenen Zutaten verwöhnt. Very rude attitude. We drove there for 22 Kms to eat there, reached at 14.20 , and Google told closing time as 15.00, inspite of that staff denied sitting and eating over there telling it's a closing time.
