In a world where self-service screens promise ease, Subway is a master at keeping you on your toes. One would think choosing between German and English would yield two different languages, but alas, it's a delightful illusion – everything is seemingly Deutsch, regardless of your selection. Then, when the first set of customers left, another one didn’t want their sandwich anyways, as someone else’s hands had touched it (not fully sure what happened), but the employees then quite rudely tried to argue with her. And since one of the sandwiches we needed had to be gluten free, we just didn’t have confidence that they were able to handle that correctly, and it just felt like a very hostile...
