The pizza box was crushed and when I opened this is what it looked like- Always tip the drivers, usually happy with the food . Treated myself, so not so much. Also- would have given them a chance to correct it but no email available--and my German is obviously not so good. :)

OMG UPDATE... july 30 2021 So, always believe in 2nd chances.. you think THIS was bad above... The delivery guy came.. odd because usually i have to buzz people up... So then, he hands me the pizza and I can tell it's ice cold.. I tell him in German that it's cold. "KALT" He argues and then hands me a 5 rather than the change and a dollar plus a five.. I said, yeah sure, go ahead and keep it...Don't be greedy delivery people.. he WAS going to get a 2 euro tip then had to pull that. THEN... i set my pizza down, open the box and the whole thing rips apart because it is stuck to the top of the box. WHAT is happening? IDFK because i called 3 times and asked for a new pizza and was hung up on. AND i did so in german. Seriously have ordered so much to give this local business money... and this unfortunately will...

I CALLED 4 TIMES AND THEY WOULD NOT HELP. THEN IN THE 4TH TIME SAID ARE YOU COMING YES OR NO.. HE TOLD ME THEY WERE CLOSED. FUNNY SHOWS OPEN NOW. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS.. I REVIEWED PREVIOUSLY BELOW UNDER Bay Area Graphics & Marketing I WILL BE IN WITH THIS PIZZA AND MY SON WHO SPEAKS perfect GERMAN...LAST TIME YOU WERE RUDE TOO UNTIL HE CALLED. MAYBE YOU JUST TREAT AMERICAN WOMEN THIS WAY? PRETTY SURE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHAT HE IS GOING TO TELL YOU. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HOW THEY RUN THEIR BUSINESS. Eine Katastrophe! Wie so ein Laden überhaupt noch existiert, ist mir ein Rätsel. Wir haben über Lieferando 4 Pizzen bestellt und im Voraus bezahlt. Über eine Stunde verging, aber von der Bestellung keine Spur. Als wir angerufen und nachgefragt haben, kam nur die Antwort: „Der Fahrer ist nicht gekommen, wenn Sie wollen, können Sie es selbst abholen.“ Ein absoluter Witz – wenn ich es selbst abholen will, bestelle ich sicher nicht online!

Als wir darum baten, die Bestellung zu stornieren, weil es offensichtlich noch länger dauern würde, hieß es eiskalt: „Dann werfen wir die Pizzen halt in den Müll.“ Keine Entschuldigung, keine Lösung – einfach nur respektlos, unprofessionell und kundenfeindlich.

Wir haben storniert, aber unser Geld haben wir trotzdem verloren. Dieser Laden hat uns nicht nur Zeit, sondern auch Geld und Nerven gekostet. Finger weg – absolut nicht...
