Drei Meter über dem Main — Restaurant in Hattersheim am Main

Sehr freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und man kennt sich aus, ich sage nur Affogato ('ertrunkene' Kugel Vanilleeis in einem Espresso, si), Perfetto Grazie. Leckere Gerichte , die Lokation dürfte am Abend ausgebucht sein. Ein Versuch einen Platz draußen zu bekommen ist es allemal wert. Sehr gerne wieder. Reservierung nur drinnen möglich. Heute (19.5) wieder einmal besucht zum Mittagessen. Leider gab es kein Original Wiener Kalbsschnitzel dafür war das Schnitzel mit Champignon Sauce und dazu Bratkartoffeln köstlich. Die Küche versteht ihr Handwerk 👍. Sauce kam separat zu den Schnitzeln und den Bratkartoffeln, sehr löblich. Für den Beilage Salat wurden die Zutaten einzeln hinzugefügt und mit etwas Dressing garniert. Das war sehr frisch und lecker. Gerne wieder 👍🙋🏽‍♂️🍀

Molto cordiali, molto attenti e sanno il fatto loro, dico solo Affogato (pallina di gelato alla vaniglia 'affogata' in un espresso, si), Perfetto Grazie. Piatti deliziosi, il locale è probabilmente al completo la sera. Vale la pena di provare a sedersi fuori. Tornerò molto volentieri. La prenotazione è possibile solo all'interno.

Oggi (19.5) ho visitato di nuovo il locale per pranzo. Purtroppo non c'era l'originale scaloppina di vitello alla viennese, ma la scaloppina con salsa ai funghi e patate fritte era deliziosa. La cucina sa il fatto suo 👍. La salsa è arrivata separatamente con la cotoletta e le patate fritte, davvero lodevole. Per l'insalata di contorno, gli ingredienti sono stati aggiunti separatamente e guarniti con un po' di condimento. Era molto fresca e gustosa. Di nuovo con piacere 👍🙋🏽‍♂️🍀

Very friendly, very attentive and they know their stuff, I just say Affogato ('drowned' scoop of vanilla ice cream in an espresso, si), Perfetto Grazie. Delicious dishes, the place is probably fully booked in the evening. It's worth trying to get a seat outside. Very happy to come back. Reservations only possible inside.

Visited again today (19.5) for lunch. Unfortunately, there was no original Viennese veal escalope, but the escalope with mushroom sauce and fried potatoes was delicious. The kitchen knows its business 👍. The sauce came separately with the schnitzel and fried potatoes, very commendable. For the side salad, the ingredients were added separately and garnished with some dressing. It was very fresh and tasty. Gladly again 👍🙋🏽‍♂️🍀

Très aimable, très attentif et on s'y connaît, je dis juste affogato ('boule de glace à la vanille noyée' dans un espresso, si), Perfetto Grazie. Des plats délicieux, le lieu devrait être complet le soir. Essayer d'obtenir une place à l'extérieur en vaut la peine. Avec grand plaisir. Réservation uniquement possible à l'intérieur.

Aujourd'hui (19.5), nous avons à nouveau visité le restaurant pour le déjeuner. Malheureusement, il n'y avait pas d'escalope de veau viennoise originale mais l'escalope à la sauce aux champignons accompagnée de pommes de terre sautées était délicieuse. La cuisine connaît son métier 👍. La sauce était servie séparément avec les escalopes et les pommes de terre rissolées, ce qui est très louable. Location : it’s in a new river side location, public park. Food : we have visited multiple times, tried variety of food and have loved all of it that we have tried till now. We have tried pulled chicken burger way too much sweet), schnitzel, fries, salad, pasta, calzone, drinks. Service : hygiene- very very friendly staff but unfortunately too friendly that staff touch the dogs, I have seen dogs lick their hands and staff serve food without cleaning their hands. Well you never know which of your customers have allergies. If possible I want to give zero to staff cleanliness. Disappointed with hygiene. Attentive towards order: In 1 occasion we specifically asked for a potato dish by showing a picture even then they just served French fries not sure if it was a language problem or they just forgot our request. Billing : Most of the times we do not see an issue if they delay, but last time it was way too much delayed even after multiple reminders and we missed our bus. I recently dined here, and unfortunately, my experience was less than stellar. The ambiance was quite dark, which made it difficult to fully appreciate the setting. While the service was acceptable, it lacked attentiveness and could have been significantly more engaging.

The food itself was a disappointment. The dishes were overly salty, which overshadowed any potential flavors. Additionally, the restaurant's approach to customer service felt non-centric, as they seemed indifferent to addressing customer needs and feedback.

The quality of the food was average at best. My medium burger patty was overcooked and hard, which is not what I expect from a place with so many good feedback. The presentation of the burger plate was not very impressive. While the fries were crisp, their quality was very questionable, giving off a frozen style feeling when I took the first bite.
