Worst customer service ever! We went to this restaurant while traveling in Dresden, and the owner's behavior was shockingly rude. Since we were trying the food for the first time, we placed a small order initially. After liking it, we ordered again, but instead of serving with a smile, the owner rudely told us to order everything at once or leave. Such arrogance and disrespect towards customers are unacceptable! We immediately canceled the rest of our order and left. If you want to be insulted while spending your money, this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid it at all costs!

MY REPLY TO YOUR LIES- Wow, the level of lies you’re telling just to save your reputation is truly shocking. If we were so badly behaved, why didn’t you stop us right then? Why did you stay silent? Oh wait, because none of this actually happened, and now you’re just making up stories.

You’re claiming we used fake IDs to post reviews—do you have a single piece of proof, or are you just throwing baseless accusations to cover up your mistakes?

You say your "staff" complained 2-3 times? Funny, because that day, it was just YOU and ONE staff member, who wasn’t even properly trained. So, who exactly complained? The imaginary employees you just created for your story?

And now you bring up the ‘outside drinks’ excuse? If that was such a big issue, why didn’t you stop us right then? Oh wait, because you didn’t care at the time. Now that we exposed your poor service, suddenly you’re trying to shift the blame.

Also, as international students, we know very well that Germany doesn’t tolerate nonsense—but clearly, you don’t.

A Catastrophic Dining Experience I had the misfortune of dining at your establishment last night, and I must say, it was an unmitigated disaster. The ambiance was lackluster, with flickering lights and a cacophony of clanging dishes.

The service was abysmal. Our server seemed completely disinterested, taking an eternity to take our orders and forgetting one of our appetizers altogether.

But the real tragedy was the food. I ordered the signature dish, which was supposed to be the restaurant's crowning jewel. What I got was a lukewarm, overcooked mess with flavors that clashed like a cacophony of cats in a blender.

The prices were exorbitant, especially considering the subpar quality of the food and service. Overall, my experience at your restaurant was a catastrophic failure. Unless you revamp your entire operation, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Really good place with good quality delicious food. Hospitality from staff including the owner was amazing.
