Erstmal das positive: Das Essen war qualitativ gut eben Mc Donalds.

Jetzt das negative: Fußboden in der Lobby schmutzig teils klebrig Tische waren mit Salat Pommes und Soßen testen verschmiert Sitzmöbel zum großen Teil beschädigt Stoff gerissen usw.

Die Herren Toilette war eine Katastrophe!! An den Waschbecken keine Handtücher der komplette Boden stand unter Wasser. Im Toilettenbereich hat es derart nach Urin gestunken auch hier der Boden völlig nass und rutschig in der linken Kabine war das Klo verstopft in der rechten funktionierte die Spülung erst garnicht. Hier besteht massiv Bedarf an Nachbesserung. Ein Kontrolleur der Lebensmittelüberwachung hätte hier evtl. direkt...

Don't visit 1930hrs on Friday - it was incredibly busy and staff were struggling to keep up! Usually service /waiting time is very quick...

Ich werde nie verstehen, warum Kunden in diesem Laden ewigkeiten warten, wenn er leer ist. Wenn es voll ist kann ich Wartezeit nachvollziehen. Nicht, wenn meine Frau und ich die einzigen mit einer Bestellung sind, welche aus 2 mc Menüs besteht. 30 Minuten dafür? Furchtbar. Tiechservice ist auch so gut wie...
