En Güzel Döner — Restaurant in Hesse

I've visited this particular Döner place twice now, and unfortunately, I've noticed the same disappointing practice both times. Instead of cutting fresh slices of meat directly from the rotating skewer, they just gather up the leftover bits that have fallen off and use those to fill the Döner. It’s really frustrating because it means you’re not getting the freshly sliced meat you expect, but rather just scraps that should have been discarded or used differently. This is the second time I’ve experienced this, and I really want to point it out. Next time, I’m even considering buying another Döner just to make a video and show exactly what’s going on. Der Döner hier ist wirklich sehr lecker, vorallem das frischgemachte Brot ist spitze. Ein Stern Abzug, weil ich irgendwie immer das Pech habe an einen schlecht gelaunten Mitarbeiter zu geraten. Freundlich geht anders. Ich weiß, dass Gastro stressig sein kann, aber für mich keine Rechtfertigung dafür, keinen freundlichen Ton zu haben und nicht genau nachzufragen, was überhaupt auf den Döner drauf soll. Wenn man möchte, dass die Bestellung genau gemacht wird, muss man regelrecht aufdringlich alles durchs Fenster rufen. Sonst kann es sein, dass der Döner einfach irgendwie zubereitet wird, weil man nicht schnell genug seine Wünsche reingerufen hat. Ist jetzt meine Erfahrung nach zwei Jahren. Auch wenn ich persönlich jetzt nicht so ein Glück mit dem Personal hatte, würde ich den Dönerladen trotzdem weiterempfehlen. Das Positive überwiegt das Negative.
