Had the best experience here - food, service & ambience. The sushi was incredibly fresh and so delicately prepared by the chef, who was very friendly and made a lot of suggestions regarding how/what to eat with each bite. Was equally impressed by the level of cleanliness of the restaurant - not simply just the kitchen / sushi station but also the bathroom! Highly recommended for those craving sublime and authentic...

First time visiting this restaurant for the company dinner. Sashimi here is nice. We asked for course meal and it was €100 per person. Even though we made reservation long time ago but it took so long for each menu to come out. Before the main meal, sushi, it took so much time and couldn’t enjoy the sushi because i became already full. Some of the menu can be taken out considering this restaurant...

Das Hamon Sushi in Hofheim ist für mich mittlerweile zu einer festen Anlaufstelle geworden, wenn es um authentisches japanisches Essen geht. Die Qualität der Gerichte ist herausragend und jedes Mal aufs Neue beeindruckend. Besonders die Frische der Zutaten, vor allem beim Sushi und Sashimi, ist bemerkenswert. Jeder Bissen schmeckt nach handwerklicher Perfektion.

Was mir besonders gut gefällt, ist die Vielfalt der Speisekarte. Neben klassischen Sushi-Rollen gibt es eine tolle Auswahl an Sashimi, Tempura und Teppanyaki. Egal ob Fischliebhaber oder Fleischesser, hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten. Mein persönlicher Favorit ist das Sashimi Moriawase, eine Zusammenstellung verschiedener roher Fischsorten – absolut frisch und köstlich.

Auch das Ambiente im Restaurant ist angenehm. Es herrscht eine entspannte und stilvolle Atmosphäre, die perfekt zum Genuss der Gerichte passt. Das Personal ist stets freundlich, aufmerksam und erklärt auch gerne die verschiedenen Gerichte, wenn man Fragen hat.

Insgesamt überzeugt das Hamon Sushi nicht nur mit der Qualität der Speisen, sondern auch mit seinem exzellenten Service. Für mich ist es eines der besten Sushi-Restaurants in der Region – ich kann es jedem...
