McDonald's — Restaurant in Hohe Börde

The behaviour of the staff was totally wrong and unacceptable. They were very rude and unhelpful. They don't serve you and take your order from the counter unless you are German. I spoke English and they showed me the way to the machines to order. My friend spoke German, and they took his order, but halfway of service, the staff left the order and went to do other things. I found this behaviour by staff very bizarre. For a well-known company like Mcdonald to have such staff to represent them is truly shocking. You would not see a smile on their face. They show you somehow that they don't want your business and they are not happy to see you yet to serve you. I don't recommend this place. There are plenty of better...

Very very slow service.. The manager was yelling out from the front, telling people to calm down and be patient.. despite people waiting +45 minutes.. you could have a number 229 and been waiting for 60 minutes, and someone who just came in with a number 260 got their food first, ate it and left before you would get yours.

Very very bad managed… we understand the busy hours, but this was just not the excuse, save ur time and eat somewhere else..

The food was just smashed together, and not even hot anymore. So you get cold smashed food, and not so much “fast” food.

Man ist es ja mittlerweile gewohnt das McDonald's kein Schnellrestaurant mehr ist, auch das die Qualität der angebotenen Menüs nicht mehr das ist was sie mal waren. Auch der Service ist oft unterirdisch. Aber irgendwie scheint es immer noch Restaurants zu geben die das alles noch toppen können. Bestellung am Terminal eine reinste Katastrophe, insgesamt habe ich meine Bestellung dreimal aufgegeben bis es dann endlich geklappt hat. Dann hieß es warten, die Anzeige wo die Nummer der Bestellung drauf steht war defekt somit sorgte ein Mitarbeiter dafür das die Gäste ihre Bestellungen bekommen. Nur ist es halt sehr schwierig, wenn der Mitarbeiter erstens so leise die Nummer sagt das man es nicht mal versteht wenn man nur ein paar Meter davor steht und zweitens wenn der Mitarbeiter die Nummer nicht wirklich in der deutschen Sprache wiedergibt, denn diese schien bei ihm nicht wirklich zu sitzen. Auch so hatte man das Gefühl das man nicht in einem deutschen McDonald's auf seine Bestellung wartete sondern irgendwo im Ausland, denn Deutsch wurde da nicht wirklich gesprochen. Nach knapp 20 Minuten bekam ich dann endlich meine Bestellung die ich mit nach draußen genommen habe da Luft außerhalb besser war wie im Restaurant. Voller Vorfreude und Hunger dann meinen Burger ausgepackt der, wie soll es auch anders sein nicht wirklich heiß war, auch die Gitter Kartoffeln waren eher lauwarm. Sorry, aber für so eine miserable Qualität soviel Geld zu verlangen grenzt mittlerweile an Frechheit. Hier sollte mal dringend eine Nachbesserung erfolgen, sei es beim Personal...
