Cafe - Eisdiele - Crepes - Kuchen "Kredenz Kaffee" — Restaurant in Idar-Oberstein

I went with my ukrainian wife there, the waiter (i am not sure if he is the owner too) tried to force my wife to speak in russian, even when she told him she doesnt want to, then i ordered a brownie and coffee, he brought the brownien with cream and icecream that i did not order, when i told him, in a very rude manner said then leave it on the plate, when i come back to take the plate i need to see the cream and icecream, very unfriendly, i stayed for about 15-20 minutes total not to return again, when i asked if i can talk to the manager, a woman said he is,...

I really wanted to like this place, but there were too many problems. I ordered a hot rum drink from the menu, after 10 minutes, the waiter came back and told me the chef said that was a winter only drink. So I ordered an Irish coffee, it was great. I ordered another one, but it never came. Then I saw another table with a cheese plate, but didn't see it in the menu, when I asked about it, was told I couldn't order it at the time (noon). When I asked for the check, I was charged for 2 coffees. Had to remind them that the 2nd one was...

während unseres Aufenthaltes in Idar-Oberstein besuchten wir dieses Cafe... optisch schön und ansprechend. Es zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren nur 2 Gäste außer uns dort.

Jedoch musste ich mich doch sehr über den Service wundern... denn ich entschied mich eine kleine Portion Eis zu bestellen und ging mit dem Kellner zur Eistruhe um mit die Eissorten auszusuchen dabei wurde ich einfach ignoriert.... stattdessen entschied der Kellner mir 3 Kugeln Eis seiner Wahl zu servieren ..aus Höflichkeit habe ich erstmal nichts gesagt..aber beim Bezahlen fragte ich ob das so üblich wäre.. und der Kellner meinte doch tatsächlich ich hätte das zu spät gesagt..da wäre das Eis schon fertig gewesen???!!!???...und dann ist er "laut meckernd" (so dass ich es auf jeden Fall hören konnte) vom Tisch weg.

Ich frage mich wirklich was das mit Kundenfreundlichem Service zu tun hat und hoffe dass dieser Kellner auch mal die...
