Indian palace Ingolstadt — Restaurant in Ingolstadt

I immigrated in Germany not so long ago, as a Bulgarian i don’t think, i had ever seen an Indian before in my life, let alone try their food. I decided to try out whatever they had on the menu and experience their unique and different culture that seemed really strange, yet very interesting to me. I walked into the restaurant and i already felt like i was in India, i had never seen such interior combined with such strong color, the quiet indian music as background fitted perfectly and completed the atmosphere which was very pleasant and enjoyable. I ordered the most ordered thing on the menu, Butter Chicken with Garlic Naan. I took a first bite of the strange thing that was served to me. I was positively astonished and couldn’t mentally process what i had just tasted. It was a completely new taste i had discovered. Never in my life, had my taste buds felt such extraordinary flavor. I immediately felt in love with what i was eating, Butter Chicken is one of my favorite meals now. The Garlic Naan was just on another level. Amazing food and service at Indian Palace

I visited Indian Palace Restaurant in Ingolstadt on Friday to celebrate my friend's birthday, and it was a fantastic experience! I called at 9:17 PM to check if it would be possible to arrive at 9:45 PM and requested Punjabi-style food without garlic and onion. They were incredibly flexible and accommodating.

Despite the late hour, they made fresh and delicious food that we absolutely loved! The service was excellent, and they even made the birthday celebration special by allowing us to bring and enjoy our homemade cake.

Meine Gedanken zu diesem wunderbaren Kleinod mit wenig Mängeln: Ich war vor der Neueröffnung noch nie hier und habe aus der Zeitung hiervon erfahren. Nach der sehr freundlichen Begrüßung wurden wir direkt zu unsrem reservierten Tisch für 4 geführt. Sehr angenehm empfanden wir, dass wir zu zweit diesen Tisch haben durften. Sehr netter Platz Gewinn. Auf die bestellen Getränke haben wir circa 3 Minuten gewartet. Das Buffet war positiv übersichtlich, an die 10 verschiedene typische indische Haupt-Speisen stehen zur Auswahl, hiervon 3 vegetarische. Auch sehr interessant ist die Tatsache, dass alle Gewürze importiert und nicht speziell auf den europäischen Geschmack abgestimmt sind. Die Tischdecke war etwas dreckig, allerdings hatte ich wohl Pech. Da wir recht früh dran waren, hab ich mal die andren Tische begutachtet, diese waren allesamt sauber. Auf Nachfrage hab ich sofort unter tausend Entschuldigungen eine neue decke bekommen. Es war alles ausnahmslos sehr warm bis gut heiß. Es hat sehr frisch geschmeckt und last but not least war der Salat mit 4 verschiedenen Dressings ein Highlight (Ich empfehle das grüne Minz-dressing zu probieren). Die Toiletten sind absolut sauber und... glitzern geheimnisvoll (klingt doof, ist aber so). Ich komme gerne sehr bald wieder.
