Kentucky Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Kaiserslautern

To begin this review it's only fair that I say that I've visited this KFC Restaurant on numerous occasions in which I've always been satisfied with the food and the friendly customer service. Although today's visit was a bit different and this could be due to the current conditions. Today I was in the mood for KFC hot wings and therefore I was willing to wait in the drive through line which seems to be the only option to order food. I assumed that this would be a 15 minute wait 20 max. I arrived at KFC at 19:45, but by the time I made it to the window to place my order it was 20:50. Much more than the 15 to 20 minute wait I assumed it would be. Well by this time I really really wanted the hot wings. I was even prepared to order 2 buckets of 18 wings. So as i placed the order I was told by the person taking my order that they only had 9 wings. I asked "is that it for the night"? The response I was given was "yes because we close at 21:00". Now it's important that I state this person was never rude unprofessional or impolite. It was just hearing that left me with a mix of raw emotions from disappointment, anger, frustration, and hunger. Yet I managed to contain my composure and simply said "well that's ok, thank you anyway, and have a nice evening." I share this experience for 2 readons: 1) so that other customers may be aware that this could happen to any of you as well; and 2) In hope's that management reads this review then may be consider some options to mprove this process so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. I mean if I showed up 15 minutes prior to closing then I'd understand, but I arrived at 19:45 waited in line for an hour and 5 minutes to only be told sorry we have no more than 9 hot wings for the rest of the evening because...

We wanted to get something to eat over here around 9:00pm on a Saturday. We waited 20min at the speaker to place our order even though we where the only ones. After that we waited another 15min for them to prepare the food. Adding that this was supposed to be fast food it was fast at all! When we finally got our food, (we ordered the bucket for two, one big sprite and a coleslaw) both dips and the coleslaw where missing. And the waiter did not ask us before which dip we would like to have until i pointed it out. The order itself was disappointing. The burgers which happened to be without tomato or salad, just a fried chicken peace between a bun with a drop of ketchup, a slice of cheese and a pickle, were dry, small and not pleasant at all! The fries and the chicken were the only things that was okay. The sprite had no ice and the coleslaw was warm... I hope they give u a better experience than this because i will most definitely not be back to...

Wir haben für uns zu Zweit online per App bestellt. Das funktioniert aus meiner Sicht gut und ich habe das auch schon vorher mehrfach gemacht. Heute kam ich im Restaurant an und hatte ein paar Minuten vorher die Zubereitung ausgelöst. Am Bildschirm stand meine Nummer nicht, aber eine Mitarbeiterin fragte mich dann, ob ich online bestellt hätte. Ja, hatte ich und sie schob mir die Tüte hin zum Mitnehmen. Als ich einen Blich reinwarf, sah ich nur eine Behälter, aber ich hatte ja zwei verschiedene Hühnchen-Sets bestellt, einmal ein Menü für einen Freund und nur Hühnchenteile für mich. Die Antwort war: alle Hühnchenteile wäre da drin... Okay, kann man auch so machen, wir wollen ja der Umwelt zuliebe Verpackungsmaterial sparen. beim weggehen fällt mir auf, wir hatten ein Menü mit Pommes, aber die waren nicht drin. Also zurück zur Kasse. Kein Problem, mir wurde ohne Nachfrage eine Portion Pommes ausgehändigt. Es hätte aber auch eine Entschuldigung dazugehört, wenn man was vergisst? Servierten waren auch nicht in der Tüte und an der Getränkestation, wo man sich normalerweise auch welche holen könnte, war der Behälter leer. Also an der Kasse nachgefragt, ob ich Servierten haben könnte, es wären keine in der Tüte und hier an der Station der Behälter wäre leer. Sie gab mir welche und gab mir den Hinweis, dass ich mir auch selbst welche aus dem Behälter nehmen könnte... Ich schaute sie an? Entschuldigung, dass habe ich gerade gesagt: der Behälter ist "leer"! Das einzig Gute: Die Hühnchenteile selbst waren frisch und knusprig, so wie ich sie kenne. Alles in allem kann ich die anderen Rezensionen hier zu dem KFC nachvollziehen. Ich kenne viele andere KFC wo es deutlich besser organisiert ist und...
