Parking at this location is free and spaces are limited but we have so far not have had any issues finding parking.
The place is super nice, the decor is super cool and they have some cool music and videos going on on TV.
The staff is super nice and they are so friendly! this place also accommodated our party and separated our checks for us.
THE TROPICAL- this drink is refreshing and also it is a little weak but for a light drinker this was perfect! I was looking for a fruity drink and this was perfect.
CHICKEN SHAHI KORMA- this was a pretty good dish, it is a little bit on the sweet side but none the less pretty good. this is also not a spicy dish so it was perfect for me, but if you are looking for something not in the sweet side perhaps this is not the dish for you.
CHEESE NAAN- this was a fresh piece of naan, the cheese was a bit weird, it looked and felt like scrambled eggs to be honest but the taste was definitely there.
LUNCH OFFER SMALL - we also came another day and tried their lunch special, they had two sizes a small and a large, I selected the small and I was pretty satisfied with it, the choices are depending on the chef for the protein but it is a perfect way to sample some of the dishes they have on the full dinner menu. the small dish is definitely enough for one person and I even took some food home.
This place is pretty good and they also take cards. this was a great experience and I...
Read moreI'm not sure if they still do buffet or if it's only at certain times, I didn't bother to ask. We went mid-week for lunch and were given a menu. What I do know is our food was very good. We tried a sampler platter, I think it was 7 things. A few different chicken offerings, one lamb, potato, and peas plus rice, naan, and dessert. There was only one of the seven dinner items we didn't care for, some kind of overly sweet pineapple chicken. We had different favorites among the rest, but all were worth eating again. The naan was bland and thin, but maybe their specialty ones are better. We didn't eat the flan, I've never seen anyone order dessert at an Indian restaurant so it's unnecessary to me. Tastes fine...but it's flan, why bother? We also ordered a chicken and pepper dish, it was a variation on tikka masala (the first one on that page). The chicken was so tender and spiced to perfection. I got annoyed listening to my husband drone on about all the things they must've done to make this delicious chicken. "They must have brined this." We will definitely be eating here again and I look forward to trying new things on their menu.
I have been to the Curry House in Ktown as well with a group all ordering different things and none of us wanted to return. Royal Aroma is so much better, and it's nice they have an actual parking lot unlike most places...
Read moreGood food and service! We were greeted at the door and seated down promptly and given the menu. My kids ordered buttered chicken and garlic nan, my husband ordered mango chicken and buttered nan while I ordered lamb biryani. I had a taste of mango and buttered chicken and they were great. I like how they did the lamb biryani but I wish that they cut the lamb into bigger chunks and make it into a smaller plate portion instead of 1 big plate rice meal with small chunks of lamb meat. The mango lassi was also authentic and my daughter and I loved it. Cash and cards are accepted. We used a Visa card so I'm not sure if Mastercard or AMEX are accepted. Also they offer buffet at the last weekend of the month but you have to make a reservation. I thought that was neat. Overall, it was a great dining experience. I love a place that offers great service and good food and this place did. Will be eating...
