The service is just appalling. It does not even deserve one star. When we arrived, nobody from the personnel (ca. 10 people running around) had the courtesy to say a simple “hello” to us. After several minutes, we elected to sit outside where we wanted. We waited again there, until one waitress came to give us menus, but without saying one single word to us. Then we waited again for a while, to the point we went inside and tried to get some attention. I said “hello” to one waiter who walked past us, to which he replied a quick “hello” and went away without giving me the possibility to talk to him. So I tried to call him and he literally shouted angrily at me saying he was busy carrying one empty bottle and a couple of empty glasses back to the kitchen. The place was far from being crowded and the personnel had more than enough time on their hands to be nice, but they just were not. Worst customer service ever experienced.

We were with our German host who asked the man at the counter a question about seating and ordering food, and he then shouted at her and the group for around 5 minutes. He then shouted at a customer for taking a spoon (to eat the food purchased from them). I've never had such poor customer service. My Mediterranean vegetables were really tasty, although the rocket was past it's best (see picture). My wife enjoyed her cannelloni and my beer was really nice.

A friend's coffee had unidentifiable lumps at the bottom of the cup.

Cash only on the day. Unsure if that was a policy or a technical problem on the day.

We faced an awful service today. At first a lady waiter has blocked the empty table and claimed it was reserved. Then we've been waiting for 20 minutes for a waiter. He took an order of 3 of us. Then we waited for 30 minutes and a waiter come back and told there was no buratta for one of us. Then the person ordered Waffel with ice& chocolate. We waited for another 10 minutes and then the waiter come back and claimed that the rest 2 orders are not available also. So, for 40 minutes of waiting we got no food.
