Bamboo House — Restaurant in Kelkheim (Taunus)

Not sure how the place got that rating. Here’s why: ordered 4 meals on a quiet Saturday for takeaway but got only 3 meals in the bag (became apparent when we finally were home) had to take 25mins drive back to collect the money (no paypal, wiretransfer, etc) possible in times of mobile banking no apology or any form of understanding of THEIR fault ?!

To top it off: food was probably the worst Thai food I had in/around Frankfurt. Cheap, fatty taste, meat far from acceptable (had beef and chicken, tasted like from days ago). So many better options in Hofheim...

Für das Essen hätte das Lokal 5 Sterne verdient,es gibt dort wirklich die beste Ente weit und breit.Leider finde ich aber das es sauberer sein müsste,die Vorhänge sind so schmutzig das sie schon grau aussehen.Die künstlichen Pflanzen so verstaubt das Sie seid Jahren nicht abgestaubt wurden.Aber das schlimmste ist der Ständer mit dem Salz und Soja sowie Chilli sosse,diese sind total verschmutzt und verknostert, der Löffel in der Sosse ist verschmiert bis oben hin und das schon um11.45Uhr am Morgen!Also das finde ich echt schade,da außerdem der Herr und die Dame hinter dem Tresen nicht gerade viel zutun haben,da könnte man solche Kleinigkeit ja nebenbei erledigen.Lächeln kann die Bedienung auch nicht wirklich.Aber das Essen ist halt super und vielleicht ist es gut das man nicht in die Küche...
