Bistro Sam — Restaurant in Kitzingen

One of worst service I have ever experienced last time. I used to be regular over there. But one of the waiter was disrespectful and behaving strange way when I was with my gf. Also we had ordered take way and we explicitly mentioned to prepare before we finish our lunch so we can take away but it was not ready and top of that he said he forgot and it may take 30 more minutes. Usually racism I may not find but that day I had to experience this from this Vietnamese restaurent. After this I decided not to go in this restaurant anymore or order...

By far the best food in Kitzingen! Over years we have ordered from here probably the entire menu and each item I just as good if not even better. Amazing Vietnamese dishes but especially the sushi is outstanding. It can easily compete with places from Würzburg and Nürnberg, but at a significantly better price point and freshness! And so many vegetarian options which honestly is rare to find around here. Just a perfect place, prices are unbeatable and the employees...

Absolut garnicht zu empfehlen!!! Waren heute das erste mal da, verstehe die ganzen guten Rezensionen überhaupt nicht. Das ganze essen komplett ungewürzt und die soße war wie ne suppe komplett flüssig garnicht cremig. Auf einen Hinweis beim Kellner hieß es das ist immer so bei denen sie können mir eine andere soße anbieten mit einem aufpreis von 1.30€ was ich natürlich abgelehnt habe. Nach ca 5 min. kam der kellner mit einer minischüssel von der anderen Soße die genauso flüssig war und meinte hier sie können es doch kostenlos probieren, weil er gemerkt hat das wir das ganze etwas komisch fanden. Daraufhin habe ich Ihn gebeten es mir einzupacken was er auch tat, das ich wenigstens daheim ne soße dazu machen kann und so essen kann.. siehe da er hat nur das gemüse und hähchenfleisch eingepackt und den Basmati reis wovon ich auch nur ein löffel genommen hatte einfach nicht mit eingepackt. Lächerlich wirklich!! Geht lieber zu anderen Asiaten in Kitzingen viel besser wie...
