We kept the door open to enjoy fresh air, and other people’s smoke kept drifting in the room. Sometimes by the time I smelled the smoke, it was too late and our room already smelled of smoke by the time we closed the door. I think some staff might have also been smoking on the ground floor right next to the hotel.
Second-hand smoke is harmful, that’s a fact. If you want people to enjoy their stay (including the balconies), please please ban smoking on hotel premises and have a designated smoking area in the parking lot, at least a bit away from the hotel. On their menu, it didn't specify how is the dish is going to be serve. Well, I can only assume it suppose to be serve warm, right? But they served it cold straight from the fridge.
I went back to ask the lady who's preparing the food if there's a way that they can warm the fish for me and she said, "No, we don't have microwave in here."
There's a guy who works there took my plate and warm it up but it is still cold as it came straight from the freezer so I ended up not eating any.
