5 stars for service, lovely staff, interesting breakfast, and cute room (and ofc location). 1 star for allowing people to smoke on the balconies. I don’t smoke. We kept the door open to enjoy fresh air, and other people’s smoke kept drifting in the room. Sometimes by the time I smelled the smoke, it was too late and our room already smelled of smoke by the time we closed the door. I think some staff might have also been smoking on the ground floor right next to the hotel.

Second-hand smoke is harmful, that’s a fact. If you want people to enjoy their stay (including the balconies), please please ban smoking on hotel premises and have a designated smoking area in the parking lot, at least a bit away from the hotel. People’s addictions are their own responsibility to deal with and other guests should not be subjected to harmful smoke...

Drove here from Munich to have lunch, I originally wanted to order duck but unfortunately they don't have it in here so I switched to get a fish.

On their menu, it didn't specify how is the dish is going to be serve. Well, I can only assume it suppose to be serve warm, right? But they served it cold straight from the fridge.

I went back to ask the lady who's preparing the food if there's a way that they can warm the fish for me and she said, "No, we don't have microwave in here."

There's a guy who works there took my plate and warm it up but it is still cold as it came straight from the freezer so I ended up not eating any.
