No matter what pizza I order it is always under-cooked. The middle and parts just before the crust taste of uncooked dough. Unfortunately the wife and daughter's pizzas always seem to be fine, so naturally I get overruled. I would honestly prefer my pizza to be burnt around the edges, but the wife is apprehensive that I ask for this because she doesn't want her pizza burnt. I can only assume the oven cools off as the order gets cooked, but the "chef" uses a timer and not does go off how the pizza looks. EDIT: We figured it out! Our waiter was wonderfully polite, kind, and attentive. I would order anything on the menu and expect to be extremely pleased. The prices are all quite reasonable and we got each course in a timely manner.
