We had two good sandwiches for rest stops standards. Nonetheless I am giving 1 star because the lady at the checkout was extremely rude. I kindly asked for a sandwich that just went sold out, after saying no no they put new ones on display. Then before being able to exhibt the coupon discounts from the toilette she hurried us into paying and didn't want to accept the coupons. She kept speaking German while we were speaking English (god knows what she said). She didn't make us pay for the drink+sandwich deal despite we had those. She just kept hurrying us to go away. Very unwelcoming experience which ruined the mood. Colleagues seemed nicer. hope others will report this kind of behavior until something is done to avoid this, for the benefit of travellers trying to have a good time and of the company to not lose...

Ich habe keine Idee, wie es eine solche"Kette" schafft, in der einen Raststätte ziemlich guten Cappuccino & Espresso zu kredenzen und in einer anderen das exakte Gegenteil. Heute hatte ich einen Cappuccino, der qualitativ den Tatbestand der Körperverletzung erfüllte. Der "Espresso" im Cappuccino - reine Gerbsäure!!! An der nächsten Raststätte ist zwar der der Espresso als Basis in Ordnung, dafür hat der "Barista" bei der Zubereitung kein Gefühl dafür, was der Unterschied zwischen cremigem Milch-Schaum und ekligem Bau-Schaum (zu heiß, dicke Blasen, Löffel fällt nicht mehr um) ist. Wie wär's mit Schulung und unternehmensweitem...
