McDonald's — Restaurant in Langenlonsheim-Stromberg

There's a 50 vent charge for the toilet. You get a voucher you can apply towards food, but to do so you have to pay at the register. Even with six visible employees and only one order in the queue visible on screen I waited 5 minutes before someone approached the register to let me pay (they were also handling the drive through). Then the one order in progress above me had a long wait for one item to complete it... employees sat idle until that was completed before even looking to see what my order was, just a soda. I waited another five minutes after my order was paid for for that soda. And it was even busy!

That said employees were nice, they just don't have a good system to work with.

When we arrived it was unclear that only the drive-thru was available at that time. When we got our meal we could sit at the tables outside anyway. While unpacking our food we found out that two drinks were missing, which they brought us later. If we did not decide to sit outside we wouldn't have our drinks. When I drank it, it turned out to be the wrong drink. They didn't make a problem of it, so they changed the drink and gave me a new one. And above all the food was lukewarm, not hot as it should be. The service was OK though, they were helpful...

Disgusting, paid 7.79euro for a meal, went to use the toilets, there's a 50cent machine that won't let you in. Asked the staff, showing them my receipt, they said you have to put money in the machine 😭 seriously, it's not like I'm using a knife and fork to eat my burger and fries, gotta use my hands, how am I meant to wash them???
