Hospitality is good, however bad food served with a smile still tastes bad.

As an Indian I expect good quality of Indian food, when I walk into an Indian Restaurant, as I am able to understand what Indian food tastes like..this review in a way could be harsh on them, however there is no excuse in using cheap quality frozen vegetables obviously to make money..or save time.

When we pay good money we expect good food, however the Vaishno Thali which we ordered had just disappointed in all ways. It offered three Curries 1. Palak paneer ( which was basically the frozen Rahmspinat which could be bought from any german supermarket) and thats how it tasted ...i know as i made it with this method ...2. Dal Makhani - ( the Dal, which is the tinned Tafel Linsen, could be bought again from supermarket, which they did...) 3. Mixed Sabzi - this was using again frozen vegetables and was sour in taste.... and it were also soggy and not firm/crisp or fresh ...

In conclusion, the whole experience of paying for a good quality food or a Restaurant grade food was just not there... This perhaps seems like a profit making joint by just selling you cheap stuff...

We decided to visit this place based on a recommendation. However, we were a bit disappointed that so many meal options could not be modified into vegan. Usually Indian restaurants ask the customer to pay 1€extra for it and in case of this restaurant we were simply asked to go to a vegan restaurant instead :)) I guess they do not want to make money. However, after a while discussing it, we finally ordered and indeed the food was very tasty. Regarding the environment: the furniture is definitely beautiful, but the place is missing some a touch to details... like taking that 1m long electricity cable hanging from the wall above customers' heads. I hope the management reads this review...

Ok their Mango Lassi was the most delicious drink I’ve ever had!!! The creamy, perfectly sweet (not too sweet, not less sweet) mango delight that also gives a cooling sensation when it hits your throat… men! We were also well attended to.
