Tölzer Hütte — Restaurant in Lenggries

THE RESTAURANT HAS AN ELECTRIFIED PERIMETER TWO METRES FROM THE TABLES. CHILDREN RECEIVED ELECTRIC SHOCKS WHILE WE WERE THERE.

The views and landscapes are incredible, the service is quite good, the food is very tasty, a typical band played and everything was very nice... until several children who were playing started to get electrocuted by the ELECTRIC perimeter that the restaurant has to scare away wild animals. This perimeter is not signposted and is two metres away from the tables. Evidently the charge is not lethal, but it is very strong, a father ran to help his son who was crying after receiving an electric shock and when he touched the perimeter he received the same shock.

Our one year old baby boy and a 9 year old girl were electrified at the same time while playing. It was not pleasant at all.

The restaurant staff could fix this by simply putting up signs...

It was a busy evening and I get that. But the only thing we got from the service was "Es dauert", menus 5 minutes later and then nothing for 30 minutes, at which we just got up and left. Not a look, they were totally avoiding anyone who wanted to order. I find that super impolite and inconsiderate. If you are overrun, even though you could anticipate the number of people, just politely excuse yourself and say that it's not possible to have food, and maybe offer drinks. That would set totally different tone. Total failure on the service part, I cannot recommend and would advise people to spend their money at other places around for being treated if not as a guest, at least as a person. We got good mood and even smiles from service in another...

"Ausnahmezustand" wohl öfter.. Am 04.09. waren wir mit einer Gruppe auf der Tölzer Hütte. Der Außenbereich war gut besucht. Vorhersehbar, wenn der Wetterbericht den letzten schönen Sommertag vorhersagt. Dass man da bei Speisen etwas länger warten muss kann man verstehen. Ein Aufnahmestopp (der wohl öfter vorkommt) für Getränke ist aber meiner Meinung nach ein Unding. Zumal - wie eingangs erwähnt - ein höheres Besucheraufkommen zu erwarten war. Da hat man wohl einfach am Personal gespart, das zudem noch unerfahren und überfordert wirkte. Wie es anders geht zeigt das Panoramarestaurant an der Bergstation, bei dem wir freundlich empfangen wurden und unter 10 Minuten Wartezeit eine kühle Maß und eine Brotzeit zu uns nehmen konnten.

Servus noch mal. Anscheinend können sie mit Stress ebenso gut umgehen wie mit Kritik. Wie sie an meiner Formulierung erkennen könnten, ist meine Rezension eine subjektive Bewertung die meine Gedanken und meine persönliche Meinung zu der erlebten Situation widerspiegelt. Wenn ihnen kurzfristig Personal ausgefallen ist erklärt das natürlich teilweise die Situation. Auf mich wirkten die "Mädels" zwar alle sehr nett aber trotzdem durchaus überfordert. Man kann es ihnen ja auch nicht verdenken. Vielleicht hätte man früher die Aufnahme von Speisen (der Kaiserschmarrn, den die Bedienung 5x an mir vorbeigetragen hat bis sie den richtigen Tisch fand sah wirklich sehr gut aus) pausieren, und nur noch Getränke ausschenken sollen. Aber was wäre wenn …?

Fazit: Hütte schön gelegen Kaiserschmarrn sah optisch sehr gut aus Personal den Umständen entsprechend freundlich Personal wirkte hektisch und überfordert Aufnahme Stopp für Getränke trotz Sitzplatz mangelnde Kritikfähigkeit

Vielleicht sieht mich der Brauneck ja mal wieder und die Tölzer Hütte bekommt von mir noch mal eine Chance. Da es auch durchaus anders geht zeigen ja die vielen positiven Rezensionen. Ich konnte nur meine persönliche Erfahrung bewerten.
