My meat loving colleagues were happy, but there are only a few offerings for vegetarians / pescatarians. These don't tread the line of healthy and filling without being a carb fest. The Salad is too cold for a winter, Fajitas too stodgy and only offered vegetable filling. No Tofu offerings. This would really improve matters. But it is a chain.

Sadly, the Tacos Mariscos had only a couple of tiny prawns in them (the dish was not worthy of €17.90) served with a sweet sauce - a bit like Thousand Island. I asked whether the Pico de Gallo sauce was sweet (as I do not like sweet sauces) at the point of ordering. Was told it was more sweet than hot. I tried my colleagues Pico de Gallo, it wasn't sweet at all. Asked for a pot.

Essen durchschnittlich - Cocktails nicht ganz so gut und relativ klein - Preise okay - Personal nett aber in Stoßzeiten eben im Stress

Das Restaurant befindet sich direkt im Traumpalast, daher eigentlich eine gute Location für ein Essen oder einen Cocktail vor oder nach dem Kinobesuch.

Wir hatten einen Tisch reserviert - scheint auch sinnvoll am Wochenende und vor allem für größere Gruppen. Die Karte ist nicht sehr umfangreich aber sieht sehr gut aus - mexikanische Gerichte und argentinische Steaks. Alles auch etwas ausgefallener als man das von anderen ähnlichen Ketten kennt. Wenn man nicht so sehr auf ungewöhnliche Zutaten steht, sollte man sich vor dem Besuch aber Mal die Karte online anschauen - das ist z.b. der Burrito mit Hackfleisch, das mit Apfelstücken, Rosinen und Oliven gewürzt ist. Wir hatten uns dann u.a. für das Steak Costillas Cubana entschieden - erst bei der Bestellung wurde uns gesagt, dass das ausverkauft sei. Haben dann andere Steaks bestellt. Das Fleisch war sehr gut. Die Beilagen leider nicht wirklich - Maiskolben nicht besonders, Ofenkartoffel eher eine normale gekochte Kartoffel, die nur noch lauwarm war, Gemüse auch lauwarm und kaum gewürzt, Pommes durchschnittlich, Kräuterbutter geschmacklich auf Discounter-niveau. ACHTUNG: Salzstreuer (evtl. nur an unserem Tisch) kein Streuer sondern eher Schütter - es kam sehr viel raus.

Die Cocktails schienen zunächst im Vergleich zu Bars und Restaurants in Stuttgart sehr günstig zu sein. Als wir sie bekommen haben, war uns klar warum - Gläser etwa 0,25l, viel Eis, minderwertige Zutaten. Alle nicht besonders gut.

Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Kinobesuch wohl Mal das andere Restaurant im Traumpalast versuchen. Dort schien die Bestuhlung auch nicht so eng und die Atmosphäre daher etwas entspannter.

Dass wir in dieses Restaurant noch einmal gehen, ist eher unwahrscheinlich.

Die Parkplatzsituation hier ist auch eher schwierig - der Parkplatz, der zum Haus gehört, ist kostenpflichtig und am Wochenende überfüllt, d.h. besetzt und man muss schlangestehen um rein zu kommen, wenn ein anderer raus fährt. Außenherum gibt es kaum Parkplätze, da es im Industriegebiet liegt und alles...

I know it's hard to find good Mexican/tex-mex/Latin food in Germany. The restaurant is nice low light In the evening, and the music was Salsa which I loved. The food, however, was underwhelming for me, and it was expensive for what you get. I spent 72€ on 2 drinks that were on special two meals and a cola and appetizer...the drinks were great! Really enjoyed the drinks 😂. Maybe that price is average right now, as I don't go out to eat often anymore, but there was nothing that really wowed me other than the service and drinks. The guys working were great and friendly, and I enjoyed enough. I would go back for drinks, but probably not food. Food wasn't bad tasty...
