Ich nutze gern und oft den Drive-in. Gestern gegen 20.15Uhr habe ich mich nur gehetzt gefühlt bei der Abgabe der Bestellung am Counter. Ständig das penetrante:" darf es noch etwas sein" in 3 sec gesprochen und hinter mir stand nicht ein Fahrzeug und der Parkplatz war nicht brechend voll).

Bestellt habe ich über Coupons die ich aus der App abgelesen hatte. Mir ist in der Übersicht ein Fehler unterlaufen (erst war die Übersicht Quer angezeigt, man klickt auf "komplette Liste anzeigen" und da hab ich mich verklickt, weil ich nach dem Preis geschaut habe, der der selbe war wie Nuggets und Big Tasty Menü. Leider ich habe statt der 20er Nuggets den Big Tasty (den hier niemand isst) bestellt. Weil man ja den Code angibt. Nicht das, was man bestellt, z.b. Nuggets. Aber man wird nicht nochmals gefragt, sondern der Code wird getippt.

Beim entgehen nehmen der Tasche ist mir der Fehler aufgefallen. Und jetzt kommt diese strenge, mir absolut machtausübende Mitarbeitern ins Spiel. Schnell, unfreundlich und schmallippig sprechend, also auf mich einredend, hat sie mir klar gemacht, dass es mein Fehler war und nicht ihrer. Ja, verstehe ich, habe dem Mann, der daneben stand auch gesagt, dass und wie der Fehler passiert sei. Keine Rückgabe/ kein Umtausch möglich. Ich habe gesagt, niemand isst diesen Burger, und ich brauche die Nuggets. Ich wurde dann angehalten, dass ich ja nochmals über Drive-In bestellen kann. Die Tüte/Burger waren ja ovp, ungeöffnet. Kein erbarmen- es wurde nicht umgetauscht.

Gut, das ist ihr Recht nicht umzutauschen, das hab ich hingenommen. Aber dann werde ich mich nächstes Mal an dem Counter nicht hetzen lassen. So macht man dann Fehler! Ich hatte nicht mal genug Zeit, die Bestellung auf der Tafel zu überprüfen. Ich hatte gefühlt in 2 Minuten die Bestellung aufgegeben. Das kann doch nicht wahr sein!

Und das andere, dieses arrogante, ja aggressive Auftreten dieser Frau am Schalter. Unemphatisch hoch 10! Nicht einmal ein "Es tut mir leid, Entschuldigung, ich kann es nicht ändern" sondern die ganze Zeit " Das ist ihre Schuld, dafür kann ich nichts" Fragte Sie mich noch: normale oder Plant Nuggets" klar dachte ich da, sie spricht vom Nuggets Menü! Niemand hat ihr je eine Schuld gegeben oder von sich gewiesen. Fehler passieren, aber wie man damit umgeht, ist die andere Sache.

Ich muss bemängeln, nicht ein Mitarbeiter trug ein Namensschild!
