McDonald's — Restaurant in Lichtenfels

Food took forever, they didnt get out any orders for 10 minutes straight, my burger was cold and the coke tasted watery. One employee knocked down a happy meal box (of another order) as they placed the tablet on the counter without even flinching or paying any attention to it, a customer came and picked it up. Feels a bit cramped too and even though it's not the restaurants fault but the people parking outside often take up 2 slots because god knows why.

The bathroom was disgusting, we had to inform the employees and they all fought over who had to clean it. We were the only ones in the place, but the food still took 15 minutes to prepare. I watched three different people prepare the coffee. Our breakfast sat under the heat lamp for 10 minutes before someone finally put it in a bag and gave it to us. I can normally tolerate poor service, but this place was just awful. The rating system automatically gives one star....it is one...

No ability to take a drive through order. We ordered three happy meals, with nuggets, ketchup, mayonnaise, fries, quartsch for dessert and one water plus two apple sodas. Besides, 1 cheeseburger, fries and a medium coke. We got: Nuggets, no ketchup, no mayo, only three fries, no apple sodas and none of the toys. Imagine all this in a drive through. So man, you should really hire...
