Pizzaheros — Restaurant in Masserberg

Edit: Seeing the response of the owners, how they lie, and the rudeness, I'll bump my review down. My original thoughts are below. Now about their response: First: There was NO warning from the staff (or otherwise) that there was a full house, and a long wait time, as the reply states in a very accusatory manner. Second: the "full house" was then 6 people, that we had seen. At least one other table asked where their order was, who came and ordered 10-15 minutes AFTER us, and they immediately got their food when asking, BEFORE us. That is why we ended up asking. When we asked for the food, we asked how much longer it would take, because we were considering going getting food elsewhere, after an hour of crickets. I have never ever suggested they were "playing cards" or anything as the passive aggressive reply says. My biggest complaint was that the communication was severely lacking back then, and considering the response, still is lacking, very much. On top, they lied in the response to make me look unreasonable, and invalidate the review. VERY RUDE.

The pizza was okay, but we had to wait 1 hour and then ask what is up with our order. The waitress avoided looking at us, so we had to go inside to ask. Needless to say that was a frustrating experience. After we asked, we got our order (2 salads and 2 pizzas) in 5 minutes, which is probably the time it took for them to make it, but still they had us wait an hour first. The staff was otherwise friendly, but I would have appreciated an apology, or even a complimentary drink for the latency. The food was okay, as I mentioned before, but maybe a bit pricey (10+ euro pizzas) for what it was. The view from the restaurant is spectacular, so 5 stars for...

Ein Besuch bei Pizza Heroes in Masserberg lohnt sich wirklich! Schon beim Ankommen spürt man die freundliche Atmosphäre, und das Team begrüßt einen herzlich und aufmerksam. Besonders angenehm fand ich, dass man bereits vor der Bestellung offen und freundlich informiert wird, wenn eine Zutat gerade nicht verfügbar ist (bei mir war es der Rucola). Die Pizza selbst war hervorragend: knuspriger Boden, frische Zutaten und geschmacklich einfach top. Auf der Terrasse kann man nicht nur gut essen, sondern auch eine richtig schöne Aussicht genießen. Auch das Ambiente im Innenbereich ist gemütlich und einladend – man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf eine angenehme Atmosphäre gelegt wird. Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist außerdem, dass Pizza Heroes eines der wenigen Restaurants in Masserberg ist, das wirklich zuverlässige Öffnungszeiten hat – ein großer Pluspunkt für alle Gäste. Ich kann diesen Ort leider nicht empfehlen, es waren im Außenbereich alle Plätze belegt, wir sind in der Gaststube vor der Teke nicht beachtet worden. Auf allen Tischen in der Pizzeria , Reserviert Schilder. Nach Entschuldigung, können wir uns irgendwo hin setzen.......selbstverständlich antwortete die gestresste Bedienung. Frage von uns, bekommen wir auch etwas zu essen, antwortete die Bedienung, bei uns geht es der Reihe nach. Damit haben wir kein Problem. Meine Lösung wenn jemand mir Geld bringen möchte....... Guten Tag, nehmen Sie Platz wo sie möchten, Ich komme gleich zu Ihnen.
