RACISM IS LIVING IN THIS PLACE Don’t go

Our visit to this place was extremely disappointing. Despite ordering early, we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for our two schnitzel dishes. Meanwhile, other tables who ordered after us received their meals well before we did. It became clear that the manager, who seemed preoccupied with cost issues, was responsible for the delays.

What made the experience even worse was the manager's inappropriate and offensive behavior. After we complained about the wait, he not only made unwelcome physical contact with us, seemingly trying to instigate a fight, but also demonstrated clear racist tendencies. He prioritized serving other guests based on discriminatory preferences. Given the poor service, disturbing behavior, and apparent racism, I cannot recommend this restaurant. Look elsewhere for a respectful and pleasant dining experience. If this place is in US the manger would spend the night at the police station PS : we paid the full amount of money and left the food there . Reply on Owner comment : on July 2nd at 9:15 pm we ordered the food from the guy who serve he was wearing black in black and I advice you to roll back the camera and check on your employee behavior when we JUST asked him why our food not been served in order. at 10:05 pm he was making a physical touch with us and start yelling all the customers are the eye witness accounts of his behavior .

telling me that I'm lying is very disrespectful instead questioning your employee . I highly recommend to train the servers before you get them in contact with customers . Saying that my review is a total Lie I argue you to get your employe story and post it here please . And If you feel that my review is punishable by the law Im very open to share my personal information and my story with the local German authorities in Munich .

The owner changed his replies twice . And asked me my personal info Very SMART . again I’ll share it with local authorities not with you SMART Racist .

Another reply to the owner that he’s saying no one insulted me racially but insulting me just to ask for my food if ok . They are so terrible even on replying on Google you guys need a lesson about hospitality business

Very disappointed experience. The place is ok, the food is good too, but here is what happened: I called to reserve a table for 6pm for 4 people to have a pleasant dinner with a friend who we didn't see for 11 years. They said ok, confirmed. We showed up on time, when they informed us that we should leave the table at 8pm because they have another reservation from then. We had to wait pretty long for our food, so we only had about an hour to finish our dinner. About 7:30pm a lady came to our table and reminded us to leave at 8 - stressing us to hurry with our dinner. Shortly before 8pm the waiter came suggesting to finish. We had to pay and leave. We couldn't even have dessert, caffee or another beer (or talk and enjoy ourselves). This shouldn't be the way to handle...

We love this Biergarten and are lucky to live close by and go often. I have had a variety of their dishes and all have been good. Their website has the menu in English and they have an English menu at the restaurant. The Nizza Salad is good, as are all their Flammkuchen. But my favorite dish is the Bergsteiger Schnitzel. I have found it at a few places in town, it is coated with mustard and horseradish before fried which gives it the best flavor. My kids and husband love it as well. Top it off with some of the nicest service in all of Munich (all the staff speaks good English and they are very patient with my terrible German) and we are hard pressed these days to go...
