#Burgerking #Beware Ordered 2 Double Steakhouse burgers without Bacon at the Burger King on Eggenfeldener Strasse 114, Munich. Mentioned WITHOUT BACON twice and my friend mentioned it once in German as well. However, realized that there was Bacon after I ate almost half of the burger. Being a Muslim and eating Bacon is forbidden, after confronting the Manager, she refused to understand my frustration of how serious this is to me. Stated that she DOESN"T CARE repeatedly on how I feel about them getting the order wrong. She was extremely rude with a defensive attitude, even in front of another customer who was standing behind me. Claimed that she is not supposed to speak in English anyway(Even though the menu board is in half english). She repeatedly stated that she DOESN"T CARE on how she speaks to customers as well when I asked her if this how she should be speaking. She refused to give her name but the female manager was possibly of Indian nationality. The words I DONT CARE was just the highlight of our conversation. Was her loud tone of voice in front of all her colleagues supposed to prove something?? Is this how Burger King really teaches their staff?? Europe's filthiest place. Dirtiest. Filthiest. Disgusting. Unbelievable! Extremely unprofessional, careless and rude indian workers have made this place look like a slum. They rudely practice German with foreigners (who are non-german) and speaks in broken English with real German customers. They do not ever check any modifications you made in the order. I removed onion from my burger while making the order, but it was still there. Then they forgot one sauce. I went there and politely asked if I could get a sauce, and the Indian guy in the reception asked another Indian guy "A, listen what brother want." Then the next day an Indian waitress kept silent when one drink was not available! At least let the customer know if something is not available!?

Finally, they do not give any tray. People ate on the paper! Is it a slum?! Or are the indians here trying to make it one!? Filthiest place in Munich. Avoid at all costs. Not...

Zu Testzwecken haben wir heute den Lieferservice genutzt - na ja, nicht so mein Ding... Solche Firmen sind einfach nicht meine Welt. Mein Mann wollte schon sehr lange den Burger King bei uns in der Nähe, der auch Lieferservice macht, testen. Lange habe ich ihm diesen Wunsch verwehrt, weil ich schon kein gutes Gefühl habe bei solchen Riesen Restaurantketten einzukaufen und diese zu unterstützen. Mir ist ebenso bewusst, dass die Waren dort laut Angaben anderer enttäuschter Kunden sehr fettlastig sind. Heute, am 24.05.2020 lachte meinen Mann aber keine Pizza an, also bot ich ihm an diesen Lieferservice auch mal zu testen. Natürlich war er gleich voll dafür. Also bestellten wir dann doch - und man muss sagen, dass das Essen zeitnah und warm ankam, auch der Lieferfahrer war sehr freundlich, sodass ich ihm fast einen Euro Trinkgeld geben konnte - wer weiß, wie viel er verdient. Ich nahm mir dann so ein Single Bundle mit Wopper, 6 Nuggets sowie Pommes, einem Getränk und Donut. Ich habe mir beim Wopper die Tomaten und Zwiebeln abbestellt - das mit den Zwiebeln hat dort keinen interessiert. Zu den Nuggets, die im Übrigen bei uns beiden angebrannt waren, nahm ich BBQ Dip, der sehr komisch schmeckte. King Pommes waren so la la aber viel zu viel; meine Majo hat beiweitem nicht gereicht. Donut war so weit OK; da habe ich weitaus pappsüßere gehabt, daher auch 2 statt 1 Stern. Mit einem stillen Wasser kann man nicht mehr viel falsch machen. Bei mir ging leider trotzdem sehr viel Essen (Pommes und mein Dip zum Großteil) in den Müll. Schade. Mein Mann hatte Chicken Nuggets - wie schon erwähnt auch bei ihm verbrannt und Onion Rings.
