D'Sallo — Restaurant in Munich

We had the pizza Margherita, which is supposed to be a simple three ingredient pizza. Unfortunately, the tomato sauce was horrible with too much spices, the mozzarella tasted like low-quality pre-shredded cheese, and the basil was completely missing. Overall, it was worse then frozen pizza, and i mean it, it tasted like everything was cheaply pre-bought. We also tried the pasta carbonara, which was terrible and made with cheap bacon. The worst thing is that before we visited this place, we checked out pictures from reviews and it looked good, but we recieved totally different looking food. Like the crust looks fluffy and crunchy but we got thin crust, like the dough was done 10 minutes before serving. The place was completely empty and noone came even tho we visited it from circa 11:45 - 12:30. I’m sorry, but this is so far from Italian cuisine that I can’t recommend it to anyone who enjoys Italian food or even just food that actually...

Noch mal genau die gleiche Pizza getestet, ein paar Wochen später. Jetzt deutlich besser. Dosenchampignons nicht mehr vorhanden ;)

Dennoch würde ich jetzt nicht sofort Freunden schreiben und es ihnen weiterempfehlen.

-Für Lochhausen, da es hier sonst nichts gibt, grundsätzlich eine Bereicherung! -Pizza ok, schmeckt, aber leider nichts was ich sofort Freunden weiterempfehlen würde. -Preislich selbstbewusst, knapp 14 Euro für eine Pizza Capricciosa mit Champignons aus der Dose. Dass die Miete dieser Einheit für Lochhausen vermutlich genauso saftig ist, wie die darüber liegenden Wohnungen (Preisklasse Schwabing, Gärtnerplatz...), macht es verständlicherweise nicht einfacher. -Eine Mittagskarte wäre in der Zukunft vielleicht eine Überlegung wert, da es sonst aus Kundensicht, wenn man öfter kommt, teuer wird und die Konkurrenz neben an, Boneberger, entsprechende Angebote hat. -Selbstabholerzeit wurde knapp 10min überzogen. Aber das verbuche ich als Einarbeitung während der ersten Tage ;) Während dem Warten war es innen extrem stickig und feucht, ähnlich Dampfbad.

Ich hoffe und wünsche es ihnen sehr, dass sie durchhalten! Glaube jedoch leider, dass das ggf. schwierig werden könnte, da man viele Stammgäste bräuchte oder die Reichweite, z.B. wegen explizit gelobter Speisen und Ambiente, erreichen müsste (ohne Dosenchampignons und Bistrofeeling). Mit reiner Laufkundschaft, die alles finanziell ausgleicht, könnte es in Lochhausen...
