Stunning and calm location- both the interior and outdoor space of the rösterei is very welcoming; HOWEVER, the cappuccino was hotter than its usual temperature and the espresso dopio's shot was served burnt.. something you wouldn't expect from the place that roasts coffee to perfection and offers master classes on coffee making. Fausto is our No 1 coffee roaster in Munich. And that is not just because of their excellent coffee. The old mill is situated in a cosy and green spot with a small creek floating by and a couple of small ponies especially interesting for smaller visitors. Not to mention that you can use the cafe area to relax in this ambiance and also enjoy a cake before setting off and following the creek on a twenty minutes walk either towards the zoo or else towards the cosy island landscape...

Some random guy walks in with his mate who has a dog. The guy pets the dog, then makes a coffee for himself and his mate without washing his hands. Right after an employee makes us coffee.

No concept of hygiene. So what you are an owner or whoever else you are.

No many food options to go with acidic coffee. While also the coffee was bitter.
