Gelateria Piccolo Mondo — Restaurant in Munich

This place has strange rules against its own customers. I was there with my daughter 4-year-old, to try the ice cream. We were there the afternoon, and there were no other customers. The terrace was empty. We ordered ice and moved to sit on the terrace. Because it was the same place, same ice, and same restaurant for us. Immediately we were "gently" asked to leave the area because Terrace is only for "customers" who order the ice from the menu. I thought it must be a joke because I was eating their ice. But I was wrong; we had to get up and go out. Since I was never there, I will never give them a second chance. This is the worst service I have ever had, especially you are there with kids. Absolut enttäuschend. Die Qualität der Produkte ist fragwürdig und mit Hygiene scheint man es hier nicht allzu genau zu nehmen. Auf den Hinweis, dass die verwendete Milch säuerlich und offenbar verdorben war, wurde patzig und respektlos reagiert - es hieß, mit meinem Mund stimme etwas nicht. Als wäre das nicht schon schlimm genug, hat eine Mitarbeiterin dann den Inhalt mit einem Löffel probiert und denselben Löffel danach einfach wieder in den Behälter zurückgegeben, aus dem auch die nächsten Portionen kommen.
