McDonald's — Restaurant in Neu-Isenburg

I have heard that McDonalds have tried to better their burgers, fluffier toasted buns. Tried the new Big Mac in this establishment today - the bun was definitely toaster 😂😂😂😂, see photo - they toasted it the wrong way and still served it 🤣🤣🤣. I got in drive-in, so had to go back which I was not too happy about. They did replace it, yet no additional compensation - a pity for customer service really. Not a refund, freebie, or a voucher. Not like they they’re not making millions….. That said the new Big Mac is better than the old one, yet still not worth the price. The new double cheeseburger was the highlight. See also greasy finger mark on the bottom left of the box - that’s a finger patty grab and assemble, so opposed to the norm/standard of using tongs!!!!! And for those wondering, nope no milkshakes here, the ice cream machine is not working - surprise, surprise. Only have 2 stars for value for money. 23.07.2023, 1€ for a Big Mac is ok (even if I did have to turn around and exchange it). It is not worth a whole lot more than 1€ though. Would never order at full or menu price - can do much better, healthier, and cheaper...

It was Mc drive at 12:40 Pm at Neu isenburg branch. Service was too bad . And the staff didn't know how to talk politely eventhough it was there mistake. They took long time to process my order that was may be okay but they just forget to put few things . Thank God I was soo hungry and I just started eating in the parking area and then I realized that few things were missing. I went back and asked them politely. firstly they were not ready to accept that and after checking they gave me one mayo sauce and I just asked them 3 mayonnaise are missing. They gave me but they used the abusive words event hough it was there mistake. Seriously never experienced such a bad staff and service from a good...

Als ich nach der Bestellung im McDrive zum ersten Fenster fuhr und den zu zahlenden Betrag genannt bekam, reichte ich dem Mitarbeiter einige Gutscheine, die ich vor ca. 2 Wochen geschenkt bekommen, und von denen ich bereits einen Teil bei einem anderen McDonalds eingelöst habe. Anmerkung: Die Gutscheine wurden im Juli 2018 gekauft.

Nach kurzer Begutachtung der Gutscheine sagte er, er sei gleich wieder da. Gleich bedeutete in dem Fall 5 Minuten. Als ich schon leicht genervt überlegte auf den Parkplatz zu fahren und hinein zu gehen kam er zurück und erklärte mir, man könne die Gutscheine nicht einlösen. Ich hatte sie mir vorher genau angesehen und auf den Gutscheinen oder wie McDonalds sie nennt "Wertschecks" ist eindeutig zu lesen, dass sie in jedem McDonalds in Deutschland einlösbar sind. Darauf wies ich hin, ebenso erwähnte ich, dass ich einen Teil der Gutscheine bereits bei einem anderen McDonalds eingelöst habe. Beides spielte für den Mitarbeiter keine Rolle. Er erklärte, dass seine Chefin sagte, sie könnten die Gutscheine nicht annehmen, weil unten links ein Copyright Logo und dahinter die Zahl 2017 steht. Er behauptete die Gutscheine seien aus dem letzten Jahr und damit nicht mehr gültig. Um sie einlösen zu können müsse dort Copyright 2018 stehen. Wie bitte?! So etwas finde ich eine Frechheit und ist in meinen Augen völliger Unsinn. Interessanterweise habe ich vor ein paar Stunden die Gutscheine, die man bei McDonalds Neu-Isenburg nicht annehmen wollte absolut Problemlos bei einem anderen McDonalds einlösen können.
