I actually like the range of offer at this bakery. Their bread is tasty and they have really great different kinds of bread. I also occasionally grab coffee at this place. It would be great if the service would try to be a bit friendly. Specially the service in the morning is really grumpy and not really in a mood to offer friendly customer service. Seit über 30 Jahren sind meine Familie und ich Kunden bei Ihnen. Wir holen jeden Tag Brötchen und mehrmals die Woche auch Torte bei Ihnen. Wenn Feiern anstehen lassen wir alle Torten bei Ihnen machen. Ich bin mit allen Mitarbeitern immer zufrieden gewesen, egal in welcher Filiale. Auch das Café im Zentrum war immer sehr gut. Aber die Dame, die heute in der Friedhofstrasse arbeitet, geht gar nicht. Immer wenn ich mit meinem Hund komme, ist sie sehr unfreundlich zu mir. Heute habe ich Brötchen gekauft und mein Hund hat gebellt, weil bereits andere Hunde drin waren. Dann hat sie mit einem extrem unfreundlichen Ton gesagt, es wäre ihr zu laut.
