McDonald's — Restaurant in Neu Wulmstorf

Worst experience ever!!! Never in my 40 years life had such a situation. First a big problem with English language, comes the menager, fixing the situation. I asking the cashier that i want to pay 50% cash /50% card because I have some coins left in my wallet and i will need it on my way to Poland. He saying tap with the card,i see thst the price if full with card, asking him if ye make it correctly, he say yes. Of course it was wrong, manager coming angry already that she need to do something becasue he speak no english. I dont want to make stress, telling her let it go, but it's was just stupid. Just incompetence. Next i take my food i order to eat inside, I get take away, asking for tray, he don't understand, she comes give the tray.

I'm starting to eat, in the bag there is no paper(tissue) i have full hand dirty in cheese becasue ordered philly cheese stake, and again incompetence.

But the worst one coming. My way getting her order. The fries, white, taken to fast from oil and no salt! She want to give it back and the menager explode that we only make problems. I sad your workers makes problem, I'm just helping you point them. After 10 min waiting for previous order she says we need to wait again 10 min for fries with salt ...like you can't not make seasoning later...we asking for something instead, for example fried potatoes which i see it's ready to help them fix the problem.

And now we taking te potatoes, and behind our back she speak loud and badly on our to all kitchen like it was our fault.

My wife cried....

First of all, no cashier wanted to help during ordering. They sended me to the orderingkiosk machine.

After trying and using couponcodes it got stuck during the 2nd page. I tried on 2 different kiosk.

In the end i just paid full price because i was already 15 minutes further and didn't saved anything.

So after receiving my food. It was another dissapointment, the big salad was just the big stump of a salad. Just a waste was served.

Even the small salad was better portioned.

Never been so disappointed as today. I would not...

I ordered mcflurry and when the lady at the counter called for the number i went forward to check what number is it and when i confirm its mine when i am about to get the mcflurry she grab it back and ask for my reciept.

In my opinion that is racist seriously for 3 euro ice cream? What do you think of me a random guy without money grabbing someones food? Just for more information everybody grab thier food freely without checking the reciept. Take note i am the only customer in front of...
