We waited 20 minutes and 2 people promissed soon they will come to us but they did not. The woman looked at us twice but did not come at all. We finally went. Very bad service.
Edit: Thank you for your response, but I would like to share our perspective on the situation.
The café is indeed very small – there were only three occupied tables, so it’s hard to speak of it being “fully booked.” We waited over 15 minutes for someone to come and take our order. We kindly reminded the staff twice – both times we were told “just a moment,” but no one came.
What was particularly disappointing was that a young waitress brought menus to guests who had arrived after us, while we continued to be ignored. I understand that things can get busy, but the way the service was organized and the lack of attention felt chaotic and inconsiderate.
If it took that long just to take the order, we were genuinely concerned about how long it might take to actually receive our drinks. In the end, we left feeling quite disappointed.
We appreciate that you care about quality and are not a fast-food place – but basic attention and communication are not about rushing; they’re about respect. Still, we wish you all the best and hope perhaps next time the experience...

Reply: Thank you for your answer, we were in a small table for 2 people, and on the big table also were 2 people at first. When they left, we moved there. People came up and asked us if they can take chair, we always replied. You could have then asked us if we can move to a smaller table since there are bigger groups, which i remember no one left the cafe because of that. I still don’t understand why you only have to say that in that way. We were not rude to you and not always aware of sits in cafe. if you asked, could always move the table. But the way you said offended and embarrassed us..Thank you for your...
An sich aber aber wirklich gemütliches...
