Asia Eats — Restaurant in Neumünster

Hey dear customers I know this little nice mainly delivering restaurant but also a nice quiet relaxing athmosphere restaurant to take a seat personally , meanwhile owned by RAMA and her family since it was opened at the 07th of October 2021 when I started to order the delicious handcooked food of all parts of ASIA because I was very ill at home like many people after covid and vaccinations and therefore needed a very healthy food without Glutamates or other artificial ingrediants, fresh handcooked (!).

Of course they started in franchise because nowadays (even more near to Neumünster city) in worldwide recession times, social economic problematics and after the pandemic... people have to be very courageous, high motivated and busy to be owners in successful way of course.

Meanwhile, being themselves owners, they are of course working even more hard for us and have less free time, and high stressed customers are nowadays really not easy as I know by my own experience of having worked long years in tourism.

But if you will come here you will experience a very good handcooked tasty food of several kinds (look at the website!), main meals, starters and desserts (!) and find a very well educated, polite family added by some drivers taking the ordered food at home... So that they really have to work hard for delivery and inside the place.

Sushi rolls have to be made fresh too, mainly by RAMA, herself, the female boss of the family, meanwhile a good friend of mine.

There is also a good big TV screen informing about Asian regions or showing relaxing music etc, kids are welcomed too, dogs outside, getting water (!)

Toilets are cleaned well which is seldom.

The plates, glasses, all dishes are showing the very good taste of the owners too.

Beverages are available of all kinds like water, juices, beers, wine, tea, coffee, sodas, sparkling beverages of good quality.

Wonderful experience The young gentleman was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations to myself when selecting curry and acknowledging my food allergies

The person eating with me wanted a specific food and the chefs made it perfectly.

Ich hatte gebratene Nudeln mit knuspriger Ente vorbestellt mit der Bitte, das Essen heiß zu liefern. Entgegen meiner vorherigen Erfahrungen wurde das Essen verspätet geliefert. Außerdem war das Essen nur lauwarm. Daraufhin rief ich bei asia eats an, um meine Kritik vorzubringen. Die Dame am anderen Ende der Leitung hatte keinerlei Verständnis für meine Kritik. Als Krönung des Gespräches bekam ich zu hören, dass es von mir nicht in Ordnung sei, dass ich mich beschwere. Das Essen sei dem Fahrer pünktlich und heiß übergeben worden und wenn das Essen kalt ist, solle ich das Essen zurückbringen und bekäme mein Geld zurück. Als ich einlenkte und versuchte der Dame zu erklären, dass ich nur erklären wollte, dass ich nur meine Kritik äußern wollte, bekam ich wiederum mehrfach zu hören, dass es nicht in Ordnung ist, wenn ich mich beschwere. Daraufhin beendete ich das Gespräch. Ich will ja niemanden schlecht reden, aber so können Sie mit Ihren Kunden nicht verfahren. Wenn berechtigte Kritik nicht akzeptiert wird, kann das letzten Endes nur noch mehr schaden. Ich bitte, das zu beachten. Mundpropaganda ist immer noch die beste. Gerade in der...
