Extremely bad service with waiters who keep ignoring you and looking totally unhappy doing their job! We have been waiting for several minutes to receive the menu. After long waiting, we grabbed them ourselves. Had to ask several time that we are ready to order. The simple pizza Margarita was very tasteless and too salty. The simple spaghetti with tomato sauce was very bad. While eating, we realized two elderly ladies left the restaurant before ordering as they experienced the same bad service with long waiting time and getting ignored over and over. It is a shame because the restaurant location and its spacious inside and outside places are ideal. But the bad service and the poor food are totally disappointing. Even not...

Freitag Abend 18.30Uhr 20.05.2022. Schönes Wetter. Auf der Terrasse sind von den ca. 15 Tischen ca. 10 Tische besetzt. Ich komme mit meinem Kumpel, der im Rollstuhl gute 30 Minuten von mir zu Fuß zum Molisana gefahren wurde, dort an. Es arbeiten drei Leute im Service, tragen Teller raus zu den Gästen. Auf die Frage, ob wir uns zu zweit irgendwo hinsetzen können um etwas zu bestellen, bekommen wir vom Ober als Antwort, dass er und seine Kollegen leider keine weiteren Gäste bedienen können, weil sie im Service total unterbesetzt sind. Wir müssten leider wieder gehen, sie können uns nicht bedienen.

10 besetzte Tische, drei Servicemitarbeiter... Also ich kenne Servicemitarbeiter in der Gastro, die alleine 10 Tische bedienen können.

Gleichzeitig kommt ein Vater mit seiner kleinen Tochter. Er fragt ebenfalls nach Plätzen und sagt, er würde sich trotz des schönen Wetters mit seinem Kind auch in das komplett leere (!!!) Lokal setzen, falls draußen keine Plätze mehr frei wären, woraufhin er die gleiche Abfuhr bekommt.

Zum einen ist dieses Gebaren geschäftsschädigend, zum anderen auch diskriminierend. Der Ober sucht sich wohl seine Gäste selber aus, oder wie muss man das verstehen?

Dieses Lokal ist bei mir unten durch. Aber der Ober ist wahrscheinlich eh froh, wenn niemand mehr kommt, der ihm und seinen Kollegen...
