It’s basically a Vietnamese restaurant catering “Japanese” food. 100% of staff is Vietnamese, just like the owners. Then, like almost all Vietnamese restaurants I know in Germany, they don’t want people to pay with a credit card and impose ridiculously high credit card usage limits (40 euros!!!), in order to avoid paying as much VAT as possible and to escape the whole tax system. This is definitely a negative aspect to me and not acceptable anymore in 2024. Sorry, but I don’t want to carry cash on me and shouldn’t be forced to order more in order to just be able to pay. If you want to escape the tax system, then don’t pretend you accept credit cards with the credit card issuer or offer a discount to your customers who pay with cash.  That being said, the food was decent, portions were huge, although pretty much with a majority of « ready made » semi-industrial ingredients (not made on site, e.g. fried food and appetizers). The sushi plate was ok, but the shrimp for instance was dried and hard to chew and the eggplant wasn’t as mouth melting as it should have normally been (in a traditional Japanese fashion). The salmon was way too greasy and too soft, not very good. Lots of sushi covered with sweet sauces to fit the local palates.  I ordered a matcha ice cream but they gave me the vanilla one and didn’t even bother to say sorry. Not a serious offense to me, but this would never have happened in an authentic Japanese restaurant with Japanese staff.

Das Restaurant wurde scheinbar erst Eröffnet, da draußen noch umgebaut wird. Das Ambiente ist modern und schön. Das Personal ist größtenteils freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war okay bis gut. Leider sind einige Sorten vom sushi ziemlich scharf und somit für mich und meine Begleitungen ungenießbar, obwohl in der Speisekarte NICHTS dabei stand, dass es scharf ist. Andere hatten nämlich einen Hinweis darauf, dass es scharf ist. Das finde ich sehr schade... Grade bei dem hohen Preis! Wir haben zu viert fast 200€ gezahlt... Parkplätze gibt's soweit ich weiß leider auch nicht, weshalb man an der Hauptstraße parken muss, wenn man Glück hat einen Platz zu finden. Ich werde nicht nochmal kommen, da ich es Geschmacklich leider nicht so gut fand und die Preise mir persönlich zu hoch sind. Da gibt es andere Restaurants, die meinen Geschmack besser treffen. Nachtrag : Ich habe nie die Qualität des Essens angezweifelt. Leider stimmt die Aussage, dass alle scharfen Sushi gekennzeichnet sind, nicht. Ich hatte die Nummer 186 bestellt und die Erdnusssauce war Scharf und war NICHT gekennzeichnet. Aber Geschmäcker sind bekanntlich verschieden. Ich fand das Essen für mich persönlich trotzdem nicht geeignet. Das es Parkplätze gibt, ist unserer Meinung nach, nicht gut ersichtlich. Vielleicht kann man hier ja einen größeren Hinweis platzieren. Ich hoffe meine Rezession war hilfreich! :)

Amazing sushi place in Eibach! The ingredients they use are fresh and the food presentation is fabulous. The place is clean, spacious, well-setup, and cozy. The service is quick and, more importantly, the servers are nice and they always happily approach you with smiles. What I like in their menu is that it has good pictures of the food, especially the sushis. Whether for dine in or takeaway, I highly recommend this place.
